Basically UPS Quantum View. It's an incredible tool, and simple in concept to integrate. Shipstation already has the customer email address from the Marketplace. According to UPS, Quantum is an added feature option that just needs to be selected and then the users email needs to be inserted.
Simple in concept, not sure about integration. It's possible this feature is only available on Worldship. If possible, it would make a world of difference. We are struggling with customers not having enough information regarding their shipment. Quantum View Notifications seems to be the solution. I'm looking at other shipping platforms like Shipstation that have integration with Quantum View Notifications.

As updating/adding features to an integration typically requires cooperation from both parties, we recommend reaching out to UPS and expressing your interest in adding this feature to ShipStation to help expedite this process.
Additionally, any further comments for how often UPS Access Points are being used outside of ShipStation on a daily/weekly basis would be very helpful!
