Hi @everyone! Thanks for your input, we’ve added the ability to mark products on your branded returns portal as non-returnable. By default, all products are returnable.

We will continue to review modifying return reasons and adding notes when a customer selects the return reason as “other”.

Thank you for this feedback. We will be considering more automation around splitting and combining shipments in our 2021 roadmap.
Auto-combining is a bit more technically intensive than auto-splitting as it requires certain data fields to be validated and matched, but we are definitely exploring how to accomplish this.

An order’s record itself can never be deleted. It can be inactivated, but an order cannot be deleted. No order entry will be permanently wiped from the system. However, the system is working as intended that the order activity is removed after roughly 2 months.
And to help us understand your workflow, how frequently are you going into orders that are older than 2 months old to check the activity? And is this under situations such as a wrong delivery address or when trying to see who on your team shipped a package, etc. that you go back to view these older orders’ activity?

I also have this issue of the order activity being deleted after 60 days. Our Customer Service uses Shipstation to look up all shipping information for a customers order. If it happens to be older then 60 days its useless to look up the tracking for the customer or to see where/who the order got messed up. I know we would be willing to pay extra for that data and I know other companies would pay as well. PLEASE MAKE THIS A FUTURE ADDON!!!
