    Marking a residential customer as commercial means seeing a lower price but receiving a larger bill. Especially for international orders. I just notice I can't rely on shipstation to help price internatinal packages.

    Developers, it's nice that your able to verify addresses in advance for us. But we need an override for international pacakges. The difference between commercial or residential is huge.

    Hey @Eric, thank you for taking the time to post your feedback here! ShipStation shouldn’t take a week to update your orders, and I see you’ve opened a few tickets with our team. I’m glad you’ve gotten in touch with us about this and that a few of our folks were able to give you some more information on how our update processes work.

    I am going to keep your feedback handy if, in the future, we end up making such a change and would like to invite users to try it out, but it this type of update is not in the foreseeable future. Your idea will remain active here in the forum so we can see what other users are running into business challenges because of this update frequency.

    I totally agree, especially that I'm a fairly new user to Shipstation. However, the refresh rate of this program is ridiculously slow. At the moment, it's refreshing once per day.

    Granted, if it's a server overload issue, at least give us the option for something sensible within 15-minute intervals or similar. I'm not asking for every 15 second updates, but something more robust than once a day.

To understand this better, it would helpful if you could let us know why this is important for you, what you are wanting to achieve and your current workflow today? We’d like for this idea to gain some traction, so feel free to provide us with more detail on this and your workflow.

    New to Shipstation but have found that you are missing fedex ground collect option. Have a few customers that I ship to have it as a mandatory shipping requirement.

    If we use any other methods, there will be a chargeback.

    As for workflow goes, the idea behind using Shipstation is to have 1 portal for all my shipping needs. This one glaring omission forces us to jump out of the screen and use a second program.

    I then have to manually enter the tracking detail back into my website, thus forcing 3 steps whcih I could have finished in 1 step.

    Please get this updated ASAP.
