I am having this same issue. If an item is marked "shipped" manually, it is not included in the SHIPPED ITEMS report. Why would these be excluded?
In addition, items such as Discounts/Coupons that are created during the Shopify import process do not have a SKU. Therefore, they are also not included in the SHIPPED ITEMS report. We are using this report for accounting. Without the discounts/coupons being the balances are off.
