    I agree with pretty much everyone who has commented. From a B2B perspective it needs to be way easier to edit an email. Right now the only way is to combine records OR in order to "Delete" a customer (this is my work around for the fact that I cannot simply delete someone out of the system), I have to upload a CSV file and just change name address and all fields to say "DELETE" so that I don't accidentally send something to the old address.

    ShipStation is a great platform and integrates pretty well with a lot of other systems, but with just a few tweaks it could be a much better platform for B2B. Some communication on whether or not these improvements are forthcoming would be greatly appreciated.

    I second this! I end up going back and just pulling from 'the beginning of time' to make sure we get all the orders pulled into quickbooks. I see this was posted over a year ago and looks like nothing has changed. Is there anything in the works?

    Right now, when I export my orders to QBO to invoice, I still have to go into every single invoice, manually and make sure that "Online Payments: Cards and Bank Transfer" are checked before I send the invoices.

    Is there a way that we could customize the way it exports to QBO more? Right now, this feature is ALMOST great, but still requires a lot of manual processes on my part.

    Anyone else have this issue?
