Thank you all for adding your ideas to the forum here! We’ll keep this in mind when updating our API; for now, we’d like to see what other users think about having return labels generated through the API before moving forward here.

I'd like to have this ability from within the Zendesk app - all the customer data is stored in Zendesk - and have our customer service reps be able to generate a shipping label right there just by pressing a button.
