Hi @Julie Knerr Piano Safari, thanks for taking the time to share this! I see Joe’s helped you out some already. I’d also like to add there is an “Allocation Status” filter right above your list of orders. It’s located with the other filters below the “New Order” button. You’ll be able to find the unallocated orders that way, too.

Someone else posted this, but the post was from 2017 and looks to be all but ignored. In the manual orders input screen there is no option to select a shipping service and not everyone inputs manual orders through CSV. My company in particular has a separate person who creates the manual orders. Because of this, when I go to ship them, I often get orders that have no requested shipping service at all. I've made this person aware of the situation, but it's occasionally forgotten and I end up having to send an email just to verify which shipping service I should be using. If everything could be selected in one screen this wouldn't be an issue.Julie Knerr Piano Safari commented
Please, please, please add this as a feature! I just came from a chat with a support agent about the exact same thing. It's very frustrating to only be able to add in the requested shipping service after the fact. It would be nice if it were more smooth and simple so we could it all done in one go.
