    Seems like you've had a TON of interest in this feature. What's the hold up? Don't want to use another provider (like Aftership) to do this. And I also don't like the Zapier integration all too much since you can't include links back to the branded tracking page, show a link to the carrier tracking page, etc. You can only give the customer their tracking # which is kind of useless.

    Been 9 months and still nothing on this. I just don't get why we can't add a URL to these unsupported carriers tracking page when carrier "Other" is selected. Then make the link clickable within the tracking email that is sent to the customer. Seems like such an easy thing to modify and enable.

    I can add the tracking url for Lasership since the url is so short but not for any others. And it still isn't clickable within the tracking email. Why is there such a small char limit on this tracking ID field? I will also sometimes have orders that go FedEx with 4 tracking #'s or more but can't enter them all (seperated by commas) because there is a char limit on this field. So stupid.

    It's been 2 1/2 years since branded tracking has been enabled. It still says you guys are working on adding this feature (on this page https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/223170987-How-do-I-set-up-the-Branded-Tracking-Page-). You guys have to realize that probably more than half of your accounts use fulfillment by now as well. This is such a bummer that this isn't yet available.

    I'm moving from Prestashop to BigCommerce and I'm shocked this isn't available. Where are they at with this? I'm about to jump ship from SS after 4+ years.

    Issue for us as well. PLEASE make this work. Half of our orders are drop shipped and we just mark them as shipped in Shipstation. These are half our customers not getting a text saying their order was shipped.
