Our workflow encourages us to print labels before we package products. The ability to automate making sure we have the correct dimensional weight would be huge.

For us specifically, customizable picklists would allow us to put product barcodes to scan to remove items from inventory which is ideal because ShipStation offers the best picklists for the type of batch orders that we do.
I'm less worried about naming the custom field, but the third of these especially would be amazing.
As a couple of examples:
1. We deal with one sales channel which doesn't have an address 2 field, however I can create custom checkout fields for that sales channel. If I was able to map that custom field to a custom field in ShipStation then I could solve that problem, even though it's caused by the sales channel.
2. We have a different sales channel which uses tags for orders. If I could map that to a custom field then it would suddenly be extremely useful instead of currently being useless.
These are just two examples from my specific situation. Custom mapping custom fields would solve so many problems for so many different users.

We are still interested in supporting LTL Freight. However, our current infrastructure does not support any LTL shipping providers. We will continue to review the integration and let you know once any updates occur.
This would allow us to completely stop using FedEx's horrible software and exclusively use ShipStation for shipping.
