    You have left! (?) (thinking…)

ShipStation’s new layout (formerly called V3) does currently show when both labels and packing slips have been printed through ShipStation (either via ShipStation Connect or downloaded from the Print pop-up… if you use the browser print option, we cannot track the print status). You can see the print status in the Shipments tab by showing the Label Printed and Packing Slip Printed columns, or by opening the Shipment Details screen.

We will consider the feedback around auto-printing packing slips when orders import, but there are a number of challenges around this approach that need to be overcome (for example, how to handle when the printer workstation is asleep or there is a hardware issue and printing is unsuccessful – ShipStation doesn’t have a way to receive that kind of feedback from the printer and it would not be desirable to show a packing slip as printed when it actually hasn’t…

This would be a great addition to the newly upgraded Shipstation...

Yeah, I'm confused as to why [Unit Price] and [Order Total] are able to port over discounted prices, but [Extended Price] and [Items Total] cannot. What's the context for having those code blocks draw information from different sources?

I have packing slips that go out where a customer sees an item's "Price" is $70, "Quantity" is 10 and then the "Ext. Price" is $1450. Furthermore, the "Sub Total" is completely wrong, but then the final "Total" is correct. That's an extremely unprofessional look, especially when I have to correct it by hand.

Removing the incorrect blocks (as suggested by Shipstation) is an unprofessional look, too. That leaves out the ability for a customer to quickly read their invoice, and can lead to confusion if they misread the item's price for the row's total.

    Please help!

We had boxes piling up in our lobby for two days before realizing that Shipstation wasn't notifying UPS that we needed a pickup. How is this not integrated?!
