    Good idea! It would be wonderful if we could also add custom carriers with link to their tracking pages since from what I see here there is pretty much no way ShipStation could keep up with a list of ALL shipping options available the country!

    We use ChitChats for orders that we mark as shipped manually and it's a real hassle to include the tracking number and proper link for the confirmation email for those orders.

    I have to keep WorldShip installed on my computer only for those accounts :(
    I need to be able to bill import fees to the customer's head office (third party), but we pay for shipping.
    Keeping my fingers crossed for this one to be implemented!

    Hey everyone! Thank you to @Perry who took the time to bring this one up! We’ll keep your feedback in mind, but for now we’re primarily interested in hearing what other users have to say.

    For Canada Post, I use BusterFetcher that tracks that for me, but I haven't found a tool that does it for UPS yet. I think the only way to claim for late delivery is by contacting them directly so having a report with expected delivery and actual delivery date would really help speed up the process! I agree that it would add value to an already amazing tool, saving us precious time.
