    Every day.....We have Amazon marketplace notifications set to be sent at a certain time after we print the label and it seems Shipstation is trying to send them one-by-one instead of in a batch. The one by one sending is causing Amazon to throttle our account and then the notifications fail. This will cause order info to update late with Amazon if we do not watch things.

    We have been working around this by manually sending the marketplace notifications ourselves before the set time ShipStation is set to send them and this works fine because it sends them all in a batch this way.

    This really should be fixed. Your support confirmed that this is flawed and should be looked at. We had a case open on this. If they could just batch these and send them in fewer API calls that would stop the failures.

    ShipStation eventually automatically submits marketplace notification over, but usually it is well after Midnight the next morning and this makes the order late according to Amazon.

    To many this would not be a huge issue I am sure, but as over half of our business is international this is a huge inconvenience. If you have seen some of those Brazilian addresses you know they can take up all the address lines and the company name line just to get it all in there. It was bad enough having a character limit on each line, but to completely remove it with no way for the line to be manually added in is terrible. I hope this can be made so we can add that line if it is needed.

    Hey @josesepulveda! Thanks so much for taking the time to bring this up! Can you tell me more about the orders you’re splitting? For example, are you always splitting off one particular product because it may be too large to fit into one box?
