YES YES YES! This feature seems like a no-brainer. ShipStation users need a way to bulk update customers on the status of their orders. There is currently no way to do this in our selling platform.

We would definitely love the ability to manually send customers emails from ShipStation. We're a made-to-order business, so it would be nice to send customers delay notices.
It would also be nice if this worked with the automation features, so we could automatically send an email to customers after their order is X days old. This currently does not work because the automation rules only get applied on import, and it's impossible for an order to be imported that is more than 0 days old, so the rule never gets applied.
