I agree. Currently, I have to set calendar reminders to check to see if any return labels have not been used. With USPS, if I am able to void within 30 days, I can get my money back. However, longer than 30 days, I cannot request a refund (void the label), even if it was never used.

Please allow us to set an auto void time on each label (Number of days). After x days shipstation will check to see if tracking info package has been accepted. If it has not been accepted, void the label.

This could be a rule that we create in the automation section.

    Thanks so much!

Hi, everyone! Thanks for showing your support here! Can you tell us more about what you would use this feature for?

From the previous comments it looks like some users are looking to use this for exchanges or more accurate accounting. Do you all agree?

What do you think about our re-ship feature? Every time you re-ship an order, we will show you all the tracking numbers related to that order and its status. You’re able to change the order details for each label you re-ship.

More info on re-ship (not to be confused with re-print): https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/206638607

Please let us hear your comments in the forum and add your ideas with other users so we can get the full picture!

I would like to add that a duplicate order button should also keep the same order number with an added suffix like "-2" or "-duplicate". IE, if I duplicate "XYZ-1554", the duplicate button should create order "XYZ-1554-2" or "XYZ-1554-duplicate" or a custom user defined suffix since the needs would be slightly different for each of us.
