    How often do you combine orders each week?
    Are there times you do not want to combine orders even though they are going to the same location?

    We combine 30-60 orders per week, exceptions being that the orders are from different channels/stores, or otherwise instructed by the buyer.

    It would be my opinion that a "combine all" or "combine selected" button added to the current system would be better than simply auto-combining, just in case we need to revisit any specific scenario prior to combining.

    We combine orders one by one via the alerts. It would streamline the process if there was a "combine all" button.

    I also have this issue, they list "Puerto Rico" as the state but ShipStation (or Stamps.com...not sure where the error originates) doesn't recognize it. The solution is to change the state to "PR".

    I can't speak for the OP but our orders import directly from eBay. We generally ship about 10 orders to Puerto Rico per week and have to manually change the state to "PR" on most if not all of them.

    Hi, everyone! Thanks for showing your support here! Can you tell us more about what you would use this feature for?

    From the previous comments it looks like some users are looking to use this for exchanges or more accurate accounting. Do you all agree?

    What do you think about our re-ship feature? Every time you re-ship an order, we will show you all the tracking numbers related to that order and its status. You’re able to change the order details for each label you re-ship.
