    Hi! We’re still looking into the ability to add support for Amazon custom orders. We are still looking into how to effectively import Amazon Custom orders and extract their unique Amazon Custom data from the feed to properly populate into the order detail. As we get updates on this feature, we will keep you posted.

    This glaring issue has already been solved by a few independent developers who are charging high fees for a relatively simple service platform, so I don't understand why ship station can't get this figured out and implemented? it has been a few years now since amazon custom came out and shipstation has a pretty monster budget i'm sure. Must be some really great other features in the pipes that will surely shadow this. I mean, who needs all the order info when fulfilling shipments am i right?! :'D

    We are really upset that ship station doesn't have this function still. Starting to wonder if we should switch to another service. Any suggestions?

    wish SS would hurry up with integration for amazon custom. can't be that hard to add an extra data field import right? it already pulls in "buyer notes". We're spending around 2 hours each day looking up and writing down this info manually. such a bummer when ss has been a huge time saver everywhere else :(

    Hi, @everyone! Can you help put this into perspective and add how often (relative to your single page packing slips) you’re needing to print additional pages?

    For example, in a week 3/4 of your orders require a single page for packing slips and the remaining 1/4 require 2 pages; very rarely does an order need more than 2 pages.

    shipping around 500 items per day and this is a rather annoying problem for us as well. Hoping for support soon.
