Now that USPS pickup was added to shipstation yesterday, it's time to add manual or smart UPS pick up as well please. Shipping perfection is near! (just need UPS pickup)

@ShipStation, yes we would like to use 1.5 lbs instead of 24 oz. We would also like to choose metric or imperial on a per shipment basis not a setting that changes it all over (We don't want an all or nothing setting) Is this possible?

Jon Smejkal Pier28, Inc. commented  ·

We prefer to decimalise all weight numbers rather than use oz. Is this possible?

    Hey everyone,

We are in the early stages of an integration with the Amazon Buy Shipping API! However, there are some limitations/restrictions for using this service in ShipStation.

At this time, the Amazon Buy Shipping API is only available for sellers using the “MFN Prime” service offered by Amazon. “MFN Prime” refers to orders that are listed as “Prime” on Amazon, but shipped directly by a seller. Historically, only orders that were fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) were eligible for “Prime” status. Orders not listed as “Prime” are not eligible for the Amazon Buy Shipping API in ShipStation.

If you would like to learn more about this service, and if you’re eligible to have the Amazon Buy Shipping API enabled on your ShipStation account, please contact your Account Manager or email Support@ShipStation.com

    Thanks!
    ShipStation

Will Shipstation be supporting the new Seller Fulfilled Prime option in Amazon? http://i.imgur.com/xlcjuxI.png

+1, yes please. We are ready to offer seller fulfilled prime but only if and when Shipstation supports it.

    Hello,

Thanks for bringing this up! We’ll keep this in mind, but would like to see more interest from other ShipStation users before we pursue a partnership. If you know any other users that are interested please send them here!

    Thank you,

    ShipStation

I'd like to see both NewEgg and Sears fulfillment support added. Sears is 12% cheaper than NewEgg based on some quick calculations. Looks like 2lb Standard ground: $5.40 FBS (Fulfilled By Sears) & $6.15 SBN (Shipped By NewEgg).

+1 ! Is it possible to add "Shipped By Newegg" (SBN) multi-channel fulfillment support (Similar to FBA/Shipwire) to shipstation? We would be more comfortable sending additional product to Newegg if we could easily use them to fulfill non-Newegg orders as a backup via shipstation. Newegg already has the basics in place, just need a Shipstation connection I think.

    Hello!

Thank you so much for voting on this feature and helping us continue to improve ShipStation. We are currently reviewing an integration with Fulfilled by Sears and will be sure to update you once we have made a final decision.

As developing a seamless integration typically requires cooperation from both parties, we recommend reaching out to Fulfilled by Sears and expressing your interest in an integration to help expedite this process.

    Thanks again,
    ShipStation

We just started testing Sears FBS for a few orders this past week.
(manually entering the data for now)
So far so good, they shipped our manually created orders fast, and the rates are low.
This could be a winner if shipstation is integrated with FBS in the near future.

Jon Smejkal Pier28, Inc. commented  ·

Thanks, we opened up a Sears seller support ticket so they are aware of the shipstation integration need. This will be great!

Hi, @everyone! Can you help put this into perspective and add how often (relative to your single page packing slips) you’re needing to print additional pages?

For example, in a week 3/4 of your orders require a single page for packing slips and the remaining 1/4 require 2 pages; very rarely does an order need more than 2 pages.

Jon Smejkal Pier28, Inc. commented  ·

WIth one click, we would like to send a 8.5x11 packing slip print job and a 4x6 label print job to two separate printers. Is there any technical reason why this can't be an option in the future? We really would like 1 - 4x6 label and 1 - 8.5x11 packing slip to pop out per shipment. As of today only the shipping labels print, and then we have to manually print out each packing slip 1 at a time and then match them up.

We can print both shipping label and packing slips with one click to the 4x6 printer if we choose that option but the packing slip is too small to read and there isn't enough room really. (full page packing slips are best)

    Hi @everyone,

So, just to help us better understand, would this idea work best for you if it automatically printed whenever an order came in? So, say, an order comes in on Sunday at 4:00 a.m., it should print then. Or would it be better if whenever you log in to ShipStation and have it active that you would prefer to have the packing slips printed out then?
