    I cant comprehend why return labels are not automatically funded like regular shipping labels?!

    I agree 100% with the original post, the new return process is a step back from how it was before.

    I am printing return labels to put in the box on exchanges. Alot of people dont have a printer anymore, and only emailing them a label for them to print is not 100% reliable to get your items back.
