If my memory servies, ShipStation now works with Stamps.com who I suspect would not be charging an additional $10 to print on envelopes.
An additional suggestion is to offer intergration with CRMs like Solve360. That would allow printing envelopes from the CRM, much needed and really cool!

We do not want to do that especially since we do batch labels. The process for that takes much more time than the one click option that exists for synctation and cloud print.
