    Thanks for the update! Now I understand and you’re right. The best route today is to use the sidebar to update your orders through the sidebar. For now, we’ll wait to hear from other users on their feedback on this before moving forward.

    I was directed here as support told me this was not available currently for Australia post, I do have that confirmation rule setup to signature, yet it wont change. I believe this is because none of the options for confirmation are available in the automation rules (authority to leave, no authority to leave and safedrop)
