@ShipStation - Could we get an update on this critical feature?
No update? I am always anxiously awaiting the release notes...to be disappointed that this feature is still not available. It's so critical for our business. Particularly at holiday times when we can get backed up with orders and need to notify customers quickly.
we cannot wait for this feature....it's an absolute must. we make our products to order and being able to notify customers automatically of their place in that process would be invaluable.
Agree - and if we can send shipping confirmations AND now delivery confirmations - why can't we email customers about other things like order status? We offer nearly all custom products and it would be brilliant to use SS to update customers as their order moves through our production process. How do we do it now? We ALSO use, sync and pay for ShipWorks - it easily emails customers status - but wow. Two shipping services - one only for email? Exporting and emailing through a mail merge isn't a productive way of doing things. The emails are already stored in SS and we are already emailing automatically.....
we agree. our products are all made to order and it would be great if shipstation could show some kind of progress on those orders...like they go from received to being produced to being received in shipping...it would save us a ton of customer support emails.VINTAGECONFECTIONS supported this idea ·
