    Hey @Tristan! Thanks for bringing this up. Before we move forward, we’d like to hear from other users. Most carrier labels can be easily searched by scanning their barcode, but you’re right that USPS is a little bit different.

    You’ll have to remove the first 8 characters from the data that is pulled in to isolate the tracking number.

    Exactly. We are trying to use it for returns, specifically. When a return comes back in to our warehouse, we currently have to type in the RMA, Tracking, or Customer name to find the order associated with the return. This would save us some time every week.
