    Hello!

Thank you so much for voting on this feature and helping us continue to improve ShipStation. We are currently reviewing an integration with Groupon Stores and will be sure to update you once we have made a final decision.

As developing a seamless integration typically requires cooperation from both parties, we recommend reaching out to Groupon Stores and expressing your interest in an integration to help expedite this process.

Please note that we do have a current integration with Groupon Goods.

    Thanks again,
    ShipStation

Is there an update on this Groupon Stores SS integration? It's been a requested feature since 2015...and I'll really look forward to using it. Some other shipping integration platforms already carry the groupon stores integration I noticed.

There are many automation rules, but currently, there is nothing that allows you to automatically have an email sent out to a customer if their order is sitting in the "awaiting payment" status for let's say over 2 days. For example, I have some ebay buyers that have placed an order, and haven't paid in over 2 days. I need to select "amount paid" on the shipstation dropdown, which I don't think maps to the same thing as "total paid," which is what shows up in shipstation. Regardless, if I do this in filters, the filters appear to catch it, but when I assign automation to the filter, no emails are sent out. I believe this is because the email is not being applied to a new imported item, and I believe there is some specification to not send emails in this fashion.

Thank you all for voting and commenting.

The product team is reviewing your request and you’ll hear from us once we have made a decision.

Some additional feedback we would love to hear:

How often do you combine orders each week?
Are there times you do not want to combine orders even though they are going to the same location?

Feel free to add any more information that will help us make an informed decision by commenting here in the forum!

Hi! And just to help our product team get a better idea of the idea you’re suggesting, how would you like to see this implemented?

What all information specifically would you like to be able to view on this?

Hi! Thanks for feedback. Just to help us see what you’re thinking, would you want this cutoff time to be a carrier-level setting on the Carriers & Fulfillments tab? Where in the interface do you think this would best be housed?

Carriers & Fulfillments tab makes sense. If you want to be extra fancy, if users have different fulfillment centers (possibly in different time zones), those cutoff times should correlate to wherever the package is being fulfilled.
