    Hi everyone,

    Thanks for adding your idea to the product feedback forum! The delivery confirmation email is ideal for customer feedback/reviews or social media follows, but I understand the need for immediate updates (especially in the case of chocolate!) so this idea will remain open for discussion.

    If you find your delivery emails aren’t being sent at all or days later, I recommend reaching out to our support team via chat or a support request to try to identify future issues.

    Please put this at the forefront of feature development. It is very time-consuming to have to break up my shipping process, turn off ShipStation Connect, reconfigure my print preferences, and then reset them all after printing my Priority Mail International labels.

    I just printed a test EMS label on my new DYMO printer to see if it would be a one-page or multi-page customs declaration, and the small text on the label is a bit hard to read on such a small label.

    This would be a really useful addition to ShipStation as most of my foreign customers need this option. I used PayPal to print GXG labels once and it was a nightmare.

    Thank you for bringing this up, @AM! We’ll keep this one in mind, but we’d like to see how many other users are interested in this one before moving forward.

    *edit: USPS Saturday pick up does not come with a fee, but we would still like to hear your thoughts on the following questions: How often do you use Saturday pickup? Is it a regular pick up you need to schedule or occasional and as-needed?
