    All companies vary in product and therefore they can vary widely in RMA reasons. Shipstation should allow custom RMA reasons to be set. We have a complex set of rules which correlate to different RMA reasons. Our exchange and return is actually higher than most companies because we allow customers to TRY things risk free and exchange them or get them personalized. Allowing us to set these custom RMA reasons would allow us to use shipstation to track properly the RMA reason that is specific to our business model.

    Hi, everyone! We read all of your feedback daily and noticed that this idea hasn’t seen any activity since we last checked in. Can you give us more information about how Doc Tabs would help your shipping workflow?

    I also back this solution. 4x8 labels provide much more room for customization, messaging, company logo, additional order info etc.
    I assume that this has not been integrated so far because not every carrier uses the 4x8 label, in fact this may only be a UPS option.

    If you developed a 4x8 label option you'd have to be able to limit it to just UPS accounts. That's probably harder to do from a development point of view.

    4x8 labels are the way to go though. Or at least let the customer to specify their own custom size label specs.
