Thank you for submitting this request and helping us to improve ShipStation! We can only display information sent from SquareSpace through the API feed in ShipStation. If the information is not displaying in ShipStation now, I recommend contacting SquareSpace to request they add this data to the order information sent to ShipStation. Once this has been done, we should be able to accurately determine if this order data can be mapped into ShipStation.

I second this request. SHIPSTATION, you need to do a pull of the individual products to surface the individual products' custom form fields. Doing a global pull of all products will NOT export the custom fields for respective SQSP products. This is probably more SQSP's fault than yours, but the pain point is especially sharp in fulfillment process, which we've come to expect Shipstation to help relieve. It's a fairly simple parsing of data from multiple exports. Would be great if this was baked into the SQSP / Shipstation integration. THANKS!Jonathan Park Transparent Agency supported this idea ·
