Being specific in how this would affect your workflow and how you’re currently doing it will help our product team to implement new features.
We would love to see a digital interactive pick list that can be used on phone or tablet and allows for options like notes, in stock and out of stock checkboxes, current inventory numbers, there is no need for stacks of paper anymore.
We also would like to see product options on the same line as all other information, so we can fit more line items per page. Right now we only can get 15 line items per page, could probably fit twice as much if the spacing of the pick list layout could change.
Plus, it seems that page breaks are happening at the wrong place. The following screenshot shows our pick list without images and order numbers and you can see the page breaks a line item in half, because of the size option going to next line.

Hi @everyone! Thanks for your input, we’ve added the ability to mark products on your branded returns portal as non-returnable. By default, all products are returnable.

We will continue to review modifying return reasons and adding notes when a customer selects the return reason as “other”.
Strongly agree with everyone. Customization of the Returns portal will make businesses run smoother, especially in retail applications.
