    Hi everyone! Thanks for your comments here on international return labels. Can you tell us more about how you handle international returns? For example, if they follow the same return policy as your domestic returns or if there are more restrictions since international shipping requires additional documentation?

    International returns, I have to manually create a UPS label via 3rd party clunky worldship app. For International RMA exchanges within 30 days, I ask them to send it, let me know how much the shipping cost was, and I manually refund that off their original order. There has to be a better way! (ShipStation to the rescue?)

    I'd like the ability to create prepaid international return labels as well. Right now i have to use UPS worldship and it's a bit cumbersome to leave shipstation (copy paste and harder to keep track of the history)

    Could you provide us where you gathered the information regarding what value the carriers will reimburse you with when you file a claim? We would be interested to know the policy for the popular carriers that you frequently use.

    We would also like to hear more about your workflow – how are you currently insuring your shipments?

    I need every order I ship via USPS Priority Mail to be set to $100 for insurance regardless of what the order total is. I don't see a way to setup filters and automation rules to set insurance to $100 automatically. I have to manually type $100 into the insurance flied for every order. Please add filter rule options to set insurance for $100 since that amount is free and covers most of the cost.

    +1 Yes Please for UPS pickup requests through ShipStation.
    (USPS works fine, but UPS too please)

    I run the Amazon store for both Street Guardian and OCD Tronic. Having multiple FBA accounts added is very important for us as well. Please add multiple FBA account support if it's possible. For now I'm operating 2 separate shipstation accounts as a work around. (mobile app only allows me to be signed into one at a time, not easy) On a related note, sharing one ShipWire fulfillment account with both my ShipStation accounts at the same time works by the way which is good. Please look into this. I see you added multiple carrier support recently so that's a step in the right direction for running multiple businesses off one shipstation account.

    I asked my Newegg Rep about this and they said: "As for connecting with Shipstation, that is not on our end. You will need to contact your representative from ShipStation and find out from their end if they can support our SBN program."
