Imported orders get tagged if they have a bad address. We then have to email them in another software system to ask the customer how to fix the address. It would be easier to email directly from SS and have it leave notes in the activity log.
Even better would be the ability to create email templates that will include the name and order ID.

Is this similar to the thread below? Unfortunately it seems like ShipStation closed the idea but didn't understand what we were asking for.
