    Scan to Verify and Print is now AVAILABLE in the new version of ShipStation, and also now supports product identification by UPC, SKU, or both values.
    We will mark this feature complete once Scan to Verify is a standalone mode from Print.
    Additional features, settings are also in the works. Thank you all for your continued patience.

    The ideal workflow!
    1. We would print all packing slips from the "Orders" screen for all orders unshipped orders for the day and pick them.
    2. Then we would scan the order on the packing slip and scan all the order lines expected.
    3. ShipStation would then verify the order was picked complete and allow the user to click the scale button to load the weight.
    Ideas:
    It would be good to have the "Items Ordered" section display the items for the order and provide some indicator which products on the order remain un-scanned.

    Hello,

    Thank you for submitting this request/voting and helping us to improve ShipStation! We will review an integration with U-PIC and let you know once we have an update.

    In the meantime, you can always select “Other” as the insurance provider in ShipStation, then add the insurance to the package outside of ShipStation.

    Currently we have to use 2 different shipping software programs to provide insurance for our customers packages to Brazil. We use ShipStation as our main program for every shipment except international shipments to Brazil as Insurance is not available for there with ShipStation. We would really like ShipStation to be our main source for Shipping ALL of our products as they are the best! Come On help us out?

    It would be very helpful if we could email non prepaid shipping labels for our returns so that the customer will return the item the same way it was shipped... Which will be the best value for them as well for us if we decide to credit them.

    We currently get between 20-40 alerts to combine orders on any given day. It would save much time and trouble if you would allow us to just click combine all!
