    Hi!

To clarify, are you inputting an email address on these manual orders when you are entering them? That is how manual orders’ customer records are saved.

Beyond that, you can import Customer records via a CSV record so long as a unique CustomerID is saved.

Just to clarify your ideas a bit more, what is the best alternative to this workflow that would help you guys save these records?

I ship to repeat customers and family members through the manual orders. Wouldn't it be pretty simple to just have a address book like microsoft outlook/gmail?

As an Amazon MF seller, I agree. What about taking into account Federal holidays? USPS isn't always open.

The defualt packing slip design is pretty lackluster. If you want to customize it, you have to upgrade to the Silver plan, while other services offer this for free.

I get branded UPS and FedEx labels for FREE, currently to utilize them I have to change the roll out with each shipment. So in theory, this suggestion would work if you can create an automation rule that would send the label to a particular printer based on the carrier.

    Hi @everyone,

So, just to help us better understand, would this idea work best for you if it automatically printed whenever an order came in? So, say, an order comes in on Sunday at 4:00 a.m., it should print then. Or would it be better if whenever you log in to ShipStation and have it active that you would prefer to have the packing slips printed out then?
