    Lasership is one of the largest carriers now. How is this at least not an option to select during fulfillment when marking an order as shipped?

    How is this not a thing yet? Almost 3 years later and still no branded tracking for fulfilled orders. Insane.

    Please make this happen without the use of zapier. Would be much easier to just integrate directly with Twilio or another similar service. Would love for customers to get a text when their order ships as well as when it's delivered.

    I use PS as well and would recommend using this module to change your order reference to match the order ID.

    Thanks for adding your idea to the product feedback forum! The delivery confirmation email is ideal for customer feedback/reviews or social media follows, but I understand the need for immediate updates (especially in the case of chocolate!) so this idea will remain open for discussion.
