    Why can we connect multiple Amazon accounts, but only one Amazon fulfillment? Is this restricted by Amazon's API policies, or is this on ShipStation's side?

    We need this badly. Our company operates two independent brands and Amazon has approved us to have two seller accounts. We need to setup both FBA accounts in Shipstation! At the moment, one of our FBA accounts is integrated with Shipstation and out other account... well it's a disaster.

    This is a HUGE problem for us. Shipstation is showing $5,700 in revenue today, but it might be 5,700 pesos, Euros, Canadian Dollars, or some kind of mix. Shipstation sales reports are entirely useless, and Shipstation lacks the ability to generate complete customs forms. Shipstation really ought to stop advertising many of their features until they can actually work with more than one currency. Please fix this!

    I agree.... we need "too big" and "too small" as options.

We are still seeking feedback on what the ideal experience would be, both from the merchant perspective as well as from your customer perspective.     As others have mentioned, the current return label is pretty much useless. We need a system to generate and approve RMA numbers. In some cases, we would like to provide a pre-paid shipping label. In other cases, the customer must pay for return shipping. This functionality would be a major improvement.

    We just started using ShipStation and this was the first obvious problem that we ran into. I would refrain from claiming "batch shipping" until this is resolved. Switching printer settings back and forth forth for each order is silly.
