    Not much activity here and that's a pity: this one's a killer for us: ShipStation not passing these fields imply manual copy/paste. 100% of what we don't want when we use something like ShipStation...

    Hi everyone! Thanks for your comments here on international return labels. Can you tell us more about how you handle international returns? For example, if they follow the same return policy as your domestic returns or if there are more restrictions since international shipping requires additional documentation?

    +100 ! That is a huge caveat for anyone doing e-commerce (which I assume is literally 100% of ShipStation users). We need to be able to print return labels when using national carriers. Obviously, both USPS and Canada Post being the lame dinosaurs they are, will never pick that ball up, so it's up to services like ShipStation to step in. Being able to put USPS as a shipper in a Canadian account and vice-versa shouldn't be that big of a deal. And of course, the proposed idea of opening two ShipStation accounts works well for SS' bottom line, but not for ours. So a huge support for this feature, which we can't possibly be just 5 or 6 to request....

    I'll put one more brick in this bag. I'm honestly very surprised that no more people are screaming and kicking for this. These are major retailers using what can only be described as the crappiest fulfillment suite in the history of web commerce. You guys make it so easy, it's not even funny. If shipstation integrated with CommerceHub, we may actually end up liking dealing with BestBuy or Home Depot !

    I'm voting for this too. Badly need it. In all honesty, not so much because ShipStation should do it, but rather because apparently the people that do CommerceHub suck so badly at putting an UI together, that it falls to those that have a clue to come up with something. It baffles me that the biggest names in retail rely on such a crapchute of a fulfillment system...
