  1. Need to approve the estimated delivery date before processing an Amazon FBA Fulfillment

    If you create a multi-channel shipment manually in Amazon Seller Central, they'll tell you the estimated delivery date before you approve the shipment request.The problem we're having is that Amazon is often taking up to 5 business days to ship our Expedited (2-day shipping) Multichannel orders. This infuriates customers, since they're paying for 2-day shipping, they don't want to wait 7 business days for their package to arrive.If Shipstation shows us this date, we can abort the fulfillment and choose to ship the order another way.

    Hey @Eric, thanks for posting this. I noticed this one is from October and wanted to see if you’re still experiencing this today.

    I’m not seeing this data being passed over from Amazon so ShipStation can’t post this data for you.

  3. Mark as Paid - for multiple orders / bulk action

    Currently you can only Mark one Order as Paid at a time. This is extremely cumbersome. I was chatting with support and they even told me it was possible, because the GUI makes it appear so. You are allowed to select all orders on the page and then click the Mark as Paid button, enter your Amount Paid and Shipping Paid info and submit...and you think it's going to work, but then it only Marks the top order in your selection. Such a tease! Boooooo. I'm on my way to go manually mark 75 orders as Paid, so I'll check…

    Hey, @Joe! Thanks for all this!! I’ve gone ahead and merged two of the three. It looks like the user there is asking for a plethora of bulk actions and I’d like to not limit that idea to only mark as paid.

    Can you tell us more about how you process your orders? Do all of your orders go into Awaiting Payment, or is this a special subset of your orders?

  4. Add Fulfilled By Sears multi-channel fulfillment support (Similar to FBA/Shipwire)

    Is it possible to add "Fulfilled By Sears" multi-channel fulfillment support (Similar to FBA/Shipwire) to shipstation? We would be more comfortable sending additional product to Sears if we could use them to fulfill non-Sears orders as a backup. They have better rates too.     Can you give us some more information on how you use batches today? What determines whether an order goes into a batch, and how big are your batches normally?

    Any other information you could provide in the forum is much appreciated!

  6. Do you wish you could send shipping cost back to ChannelAdvisor or mark orders as partially shipped?

    It's possible! ChannelAdvisor now allows via it's API the ability to update line items as shipped instead of the whole order (as ShipStation currently does). Through this mysterious magic of API, they can also send the Shipping Cost, Shipping Tax Cost, and Insurance Cost to ChannelAdvisor. Just image what you could do with all that data! Oh the reports you could run. I bet you're saying to yourself "Wow, that sounds wonderful. How can I help make this happen?"...All you need to do is upvote this post so that ShipStation sees the err of their deprecated API ways.

  7. Different Printing Setups Apply to Different Users

    Different users that are in different offices/warehouse with different printers (thermal or laser) and print different size labels (4x6 and 8.5x11) should have the ability to have their own label/printer settings saved to their account instead of the need to switch setting every time globally.

    Hi @dom, thanks for checking in on this one. We’re still interested in this idea and we don’t have a definitive timeline on it. It isn’t on our immediate roadmap but it is something we’re always looking into.

  8. Separation of Amazon FBA and MFN orders

    Please have the function or filter to separate Amazon FBA and MFN orders when we search the orders. So we can determine which warehouse we need to take care of the orders from.Thank you.

We will only import Amazon FBA orders once they are shipped by Amazon so you can use their information for reporting purposes.

    Amazon has just launched a program in majoar metro areas called Same-Day Delivery in conjunction with their new shipping settings and regionalized guaranteed delivery dates.They require that we use Dynamex as the messenger service for same day delivery and they have an API called Buy Shipping API that will allow third parties like ShipStation to display the often very competitive rates and full selection of carriers that are visible to merchants in Amazon Seller Central.     We are in the early stages of an integration with the Amazon Buy Shipping API! However, there are some limitations/restrictions for using this service in ShipStation.

    At this time, the Amazon Buy Shipping API is only available for sellers using the “MFN Prime” service offered by Amazon. “MFN Prime” refers to orders that are listed as “Prime” on Amazon, but shipped directly by a seller. Historically, only orders that were fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) were eligible for “Prime” status. Orders not listed as “Prime” are not eligible for the Amazon Buy Shipping API in ShipStation.

  10. Import Orders on a schedule

    We would like to set a schedule of when it could import our orders similar to auto-periodically, but the feature of putting the time of when shipstation automatically start importing orders. This would save us 30 to 60 mins.

    Can you elaborate on what you mean by saving 30 – 60 minutes of time if you were able to choose when your orders import?

    Ability to further customize what each user sees in ShipStation (Shipped, Cancelled tabs on the left side of page)When we have people join our shipping team, I know that ShipStation can be a bit overwhelming.     As per our last update, have you tried using User Restrictions to allow your new shippers to only see orders assigned to them?

  12. Send a delivery confirmation SMS to customer

    Amazon is the leader in this area. They send an SMS when the order has shipped (first mail stream activity), when there is an issue, and when the package has been delivered. This is such a basic requirement today, that I find it very surprising that ShipStation doesn't have this capability. You can't be a world class operation, without this capability.   13. Visual alerts/results when there are results for saved filters.

    I would love it if there were a feature that allowed a visual alert (ie. the red number in the corner) if there were orders that fit any of your saved features. We personally have 3 filters that we have, and we have to manually go through them every day. If we could visually see the results, that would save a lot of steps/time. I attached an image I whipped up to give a visual example of what I was thinking. Just a thought! Thanks!

  15. I would like address translated during import of orders

    Before printing labels for our orders from Amazon Japan, we have to manually translate addresses. It would help if this translation was done by ShipStation during the order import process.

  16. Customizing Carrier Drop Down Lists

    As Shipstation is adding new carriers the list of carriers in the drop down lists is getting so long that it now requires scrolling to access popular carriers like UPS. This is really cumbersome when updating shipping information from a drop ship or external shipping process. How about either suggestion carrier based on the tracking number (which would also increase speed) or at least allow personalized reorder of carrier list or even turn off carriers not used by users in preferences.

  17. Option to view weight in pounds on reports instead of only ounces.

    The only option for viewing weight in reports is as ounces. We do a lot of analysis based on weight and shipping method but looking at ounces instead of pounds is annoying. We LOVE the reporting functionality of ShipStation except for this one thing. Thanks!

  18. Batch processing to add customs information to international shipments.

    We have 165 international orders from a Kickstarter project (along with about 1,600 domestic). The international orders were imported WITHOUT customs information provided. It would be EXTREMELY helpful to be able to "batch" add information for customs to all of these orders. Just fyi, we do not have these orders linked to "products/items." We would simply like to bulk apply information to all of these orders. Unfortunately, there is not a feature that allows me to do so with customs information. Huge pain...

  20. Allow the restriction of shipping services to a particular warehouse.

    The title basically says it all. It would be helpful to be able to restrict a particular shipping service or carrier based on location.
