  1. I would like to "Mark as Paid" selected orders in Bulk? Currently, I have to "Mark as Paid" orders individually... which is time consuming.

Would love to be able to select the orders---- click on "Apply Bulk Action" and enter in the price for "Amount paid" and "Shipping Paid" --- so that the Bulk Action adjust all the orders that are selected at once. Would save me 30 - 45 minutes a day!

  2. Automation Rule to Add Line Items

    Hello my dear ShipStation friends. We ship for 40+ companies who use ShipStation. A tool that would be EXTREMELY beneficial for us, is the ability to add a line item if someone orders a specific item. Adding a note to the order just doesn't cut it for our inventory management system.

    For example,

    If SKU = [example SKU A], then add a line item for [example SKU B]

  3. Shipping manifests should be printable from mobile app

    It is incomprehensible that you do not support printing shipping manifests from the mobile app. This should be easy to do and is essential for smooth running of nimble businesses. Please do this.

  4. Real time stats reports

    It would be amazing since ShipStation is the one place that imports our orders from all marketplaces if we had a page we could open on ShipStation that would show REAL TIME sales, and statistics for the day. Something we could even customize to show what we need, and then cast that onto a TV in the office so that managers and staff can keep track of sales on company screens in the office. Currently we're using Shopify for this as they have a "Live View" however Shopify doesn't import all of our information so the information is not accurate.

    how can I know which order were sent to pick?
    I would suggest adding a filter that you can choose to see only the orders that the packing slip wasn't printed.

    Any other suggestions or do you currently use some other method?

  6. Add labels created via "Rate Calculator" to the reports

    Currently, any labels created via the Rate Calculator will not appear in Insights reports, such as the "Shipping Cost" report, making accounting a bit of a nightmare.

    I'd like to see those reports includes ALL shipping labels, not just the ones associated with an order.

    Can we please add DHL eCommerce Max Expedited, savings are great and I don't wan to have to use another Shipping platform to utuilze this service.

    The intergration is there and I spoke to DHL who said they are willing to add it in.

  8. Allow Customers to Fill In an "Exchange" Section in the Returns Dropdown

    Currently when a customer returns their item, they have a dropdown to select the reason for the return. "Exchange" is an option. However, there is no other product exchange info the customer can fill out. It would be great if they could select the new product, color, SKU #, and size they prefer in exchange. Maybe an "additional details" section as well. Then we can go full automated and do not have to include a paper form inside the original package asking the customer what they want in exchange for their return.   9. Automation Rules Based on Time of Day

    We are going to have to use a fairly manual process to get around this right now. So it would be super helpful as a feature.

    We have several different carriers with different cut-off times. Being able to set a batch of automation rules to run at specific times of day would enable us to automatically reallocate orders to the appropriate services after those cutoffs have passed.

    Example:
    UPS picks up at 6pm, once they've picked up, we need to change all remaining orders for the day to USPS (who picks up at 8pm) using a few pieces of logic…

  11. FedEx International Mail Service Add with No Tracking Number Option

    I saw the old closed thread on FedEx International Mail Service. I see there is a lot of interest in having this service work with Shipstation and rightfully so. I hope a full integration is in the works, but I believe a work around can be implemented now.

    My suggestion for now is to allow the FIMS orders to ship while uploading a ship notification to the marketplaces WITHOUT the invalid tracking numbers shipstatin is creating now. It would be far better to show the orders as simply shipped without listing any tracking information than as it is now with…

  12. Compatibility with scales with serial output

    Would be nice if Com port scales were supported. Lots of old reliable shipping scales out there with RS232 outputs that can be connected with serial-to-usb adapters.

  13. Option to select which items were received in RETURNS OUTSTANDING

    Sometimes when customers return items, they select all or more items than they actually return. A checkbox for the items to mark as received would be helpful to assist our customer service team. If our shipper/receiver marks all the items as returned, then the customer service agent could assume all were received and credit back the customer the full amount. Currently (instructions provided by ShipStation support), we have to "cancel the return and create a two new ones: 1 for the actual returned item and another for the 2 items still outstanding."

  16. Co-packing items for shipments (multi)

    In a nutshell, we have 5 custom boxes made to co-pack our multi piece shipments. So, if there are approximately 40 items that are co-packed, is there a way to set up rules that will put A+A, A+B, A+C, and so on into Box 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5? Simply, how to put a cube value to each box, and have the system tell us that a specific order of 6 pieces will be 3 of Box 1, for example.

  18. Date Code & Lot Code tracking features

    I'd love to see a way to track date codes and lot codes on products. Currently we have many pallets of inventory all with different "best by" dates. It would be very helpful to be able to track those dates - for instance we have 1000 of one SKU, but 400 have a date of 5/30/19, and 600 have a date of 11/30/20. If this information was available in a downloadable report instead of just a top-level report of totals, this would impact my business and productivity very positively!     Integrate ShipStation with FedEx IPD (International Priority Direct) service.

    From the FedEx site:
