  2. Group Orders by SKU but Display Them in Alphanumerical Order Using the Warehouse Location

    I would like to have the ability to customize our "view" by grouping single SKU orders but have them displayed on the screen in order using the "Warehouse Location."

    That way, when we walk through our picking shelves the first order we pick will be the first order displayed in Shipstation and so forth.

    This view would streamline the picking process to align with the orders on the screen.

  3. Option for the order of printing labels and packing slips

    We print Labels and packing slips together. Currently the only option is to have the label print first and then the packing slip. When it comes to packing a mass ammount of poly mailiers (and being right handed) it would be better to have an option to reverse this order. Packing slip first and then label. Currently there is no way to reverse this order. It may seem like an odd request but until you have had to tear, peel and place labels on a poly mailer you probably wouldn't understand. It is just plain awkward.

    We currently print out packing slips via WooComerce, we would love to get the barcode on the bottom to scan and view it in shipstation. How can we get the code to do that?

  6. we would like to be able to have reports of returns or rma from a specific store. return rate, returns unshipped, unused labels

    We have been trying to filter returns by store, but we understood that we are unable to see return analytics by store. like seeing how many returns were processed within a month or custom range.

    We would like to see an option to automatically void labels that have been issued and not used within 15-25 days.

  7. Returns without Return Labels

    It should be possible for us to generate an RMA number without a return label. In cases where it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping (Changed Mind, Ordered Wrong Product, etc) we still need to track the return for refunding.

  8. Bulk search orders

    Feature to search all orders, pending and shipped by order number either comma separated, or line by line,

    in order to bulk reprint labels, and packing slips in a situation that orders from different batches need to be reprinted.

  9. Automatically Void Return Labels After Set Amount Of Time

    Most people only accept returns for 30 days. If you include a pre-paid return label in every box but only want returns accepted within 30 days it would be nice to have the labels automatically void. Might make the customer think about what they are doing should they try and go beyond the return period.

  10. Importing Custom Fields from BigCommerce

    We currently use BigCommerce and we're loving the ShipStation integration. We do have one BIG request, which I know a lot of others would like. We have a custom address field called "PO NUMBER" which we'd love to be able to import into ShipStation. This is important for us as we use ShipStation to send email confirmations upon shipment. Included in this email is a PO #. Our work around so far is to add a CUSTOM item onto the order, so that we can see the PO # as an item in shipstation. We then manually copy/paste that into…

  11. Sorting items within order by SKU

    Once you click into an order to see the items, there is no way to sort those items on the screen. We utilize the images so a printed sorted pack slip does not help. We need a way to arrange/sort items within the specific order on the screen. I know the system is capable of sorting the pack slips by SKU and a variety of other characteristics, please add this same sorting to the popup window that displays the content of an order.

  12. Awaiting shipment

    STOP automatically placing all new orders in 'Awaiting Shipment' status or overriding whatever merchant settings are in place.

    It's completely unnessecsary and for merchants who have custom order status it's extremly inconvenient.

    Allow us to fill 'customs forms' into when creating labels in the Ship Station app.

    There should be a way to easily toggle/select between Metric and Imperial measures when creating a shipment. Going into settings>account>display is time consuming and you may forget to set it back. Should be an easy update.

  15. Commercial Invoice Sold to address change

    We are currently using UPS as our shipping carrier. We set up an account with NRI to have all brokerage, duties and taxes bill back to our international account we set up for our Canadian orders. This waives all advancements fees we would otherwise have to pay (up to $10 extra per order). However, in order to have this work properly, we need to have the SOLD TO address on the commercial invoice stay a static address (our Canadian address) for all orders to Canada.

    Shipstation currently pulls the sold to information from the 'ship to' lines of an order.…

  16. Partial Shipment Revision

    There is a big issue with partial shipments when it comes to connecting to other marketplaces.

    Currently, we use Farapp to connect Shipstation and Netsuite.

    The split order functionality does not work as intended.

    What happens is when you have backordered/partial orders, you can't adjust the quantity on Shipstation.

    Yea, you can split the order, but the connector does not recognize the order once you split it.

    Example 1: Lets say you have Order 123.
    The order is split into 123 and 123-1.
    Farapp does not recognize 123-1 so it cannot fulfill in Netsuite.

  17. View Published as well as Negotiated Rates at the same time on the Rate Calculator

    It would be extremely beneficial to be able to view both the published and negotiated rates at the same time when quoting a shipment. When giving a shipping quote to a customer who pays published rate, it is not efficient to have to turn off negotiated rates to get that number.

  18. Import FBA orders outside of US and Canada

    Amazon is making it easier to expand (especially to Europe), which we recently did. Shipstation does not currently support importing FBA orders outside of the US. I would really like to keep using Shipstaion to keep track of my inventory and to be the central hub for all my orders.

  19. Selection of email address for sending a separate notification with BCC

    We are using TrustPilot to get reviews of the products people are purchasing. We need to send out a BCC to TrustPilot for them to fire a product review after the product has been received. Currently fires the BCC every time. We need to select what templates get an additional BCC sent out. Otherwise the customer will get multiple emails to review the product.

    Shipping Cost report needs to be fixed for Single order Multi box Shipments.

    Currently when Shipping Multiple boxes for one order, the report multiplies what the customer paid, by the number of boxes that where shipped.
    For example, if customer paid $50 for shipping and the order was shipped in 5 different boxes, the " Shipping Cost Report" adds $50 five times, and reports that $250 was paid in shipping. So in this case "Shipping paid" is off by $200.

    The other thing the "Shipping Cost Report" does, is that it wrongly calculates the difference of what the customer paid…
