  1. Swiship Integration

    Amazon UK shares tracking information using their internal system Swiship.co.uk, however, at the moment, there's no integration with ShipStation. When customers are sent automated emails re: their shipment, the tracking number is provided, but the link brings them to an error page on the USPS website. A number of customers get confused by this, resulting in a number of complaints via our customer service channels. As we've increased our sales in Europe and are leaning on Amazon UK more and more, this feature has been become essential to providing a happy customer experience. We hope to see it addressed soon!

  2. Sync order information from all channels with Salesforce

    Shipstation's integration for Salesforce pushes information from Salesforce to Shipstation and treats Salesforce as a selling channel. The integration would have more utility if order information synced both ways. In the current system, a manual order in Shipstation won't go to Salesforce, but a manual order in Salesforce sends to Shipstation.

    Using the same system and objects that Shipstation already uses in their integration, the integration could sync orders from Shipstation to Salesforce, reducing manual inputs.

  3. push inventory levels from woocommerce

    It would be great if ShipStation would allow users to push inventory levels from WooCommerce. Updating by csv file is not always convenient or expedient.

  4. when a new product is automatically created, configure as NOT returnable by default

    All products are currently marked returnable by default, i would like the ability to start as NOT returnable and toggle on

  5. Bulk import order notes from .csv file to all the existing stores

    Can we have a feature to update order details such as notes using a bulk import option to already existing orders?

  6. Status updates from ShipStation relating to glitches on the site.

    As a small e-commerce company we do not have immediate access to customer support so spend a ridiculous amount of time reading and watching tutorials to try to fix any problems we may encounter. This has occurred with the inability to import orders recently. After trying and reading everything under the sun and not being able to 'fix' it, and, after trying all the suggested options we eventually discovered it was a site wide issue. We then discovered that we suddenly could not import weights. Thinking this was because of something we did, or didn't do we spend even more…

  8. Split Aliases

    We sell on multiple channels and platforms, so we have A LOT of product aliases. It's frustrating that there is no way to separate out combined SKUs. The only recourse for an accidental combining is to delete and remake SKUs.
    An option to "split" aliases would be extremely helpful.

  9. Multi-Package shipments should shown on branded tracking page

    Some place on the branded tracking page it should show if the order is multi-package. Large print shipment of 3 boxes, or something. Or list all the tracking numbers. The issue is UPS doesn't always deliver all the packages of a multi package shipment the same day. So then i get calls and emails when the first box arrives - the customer is bent out of shape that he/she didn't know that more boxes were coming the next day. The customer then of course thinks we forgot something in the order.

  10. dot labels

    FedEx Requires DOT labels on some goods they deliver. We need to print those labels to go on the box additional to the address info. I recommend for specific products the ability to print that label with them. (example: lithium batteries)

  11. Allow user customization / mapping of order info from SS to Quickbooks Online

    When orders are imported to QBO from ShipStation, ShipStation creates a seemingly arbitrary sales receipt number with an SS prefix, and takes our order number (used everywhere else) and puts it in a memo. Also, an SS prefix is attached to all product SKU's.

    There should be an option for the user to customize this mapping, so that the order number can be used as the QBO sales receipt number, or the actual product SKU to be imported, rather than SS-"product SKU".

  12. Split single order with single item into multiple shipments

    Split single order with single item into multiple shipments. Currently, one order must have multiple of an item or multiple items to enable splitting. However, I produce and sell an item that can be split into multiple shipments - enabling first class shipping and saving hundreds of dollars a day on labels. But there is no way to split one item across multiple shipments. For example, I make and sell pre-inflated air cushioning for packaging. I sell a 340 pack. But the dimensions exceed the new restrictions/requirements for first class package. If the item were split across two first class…

  13. Missing the Alert When Combining Orders and Addresses vary

    When combining orders in shipstation there is no alert if the addresses aren't the same in both orders. This was a feature in v2 that is NOT available in v3 which I feel is a huge oversight and allows room for error when shipping.

  14. Ability to select Label size (8.5x11 or 4x6) based on store

    We have different locations ship out items. Some use 8.5x11, others zebra 4x6. Would be great to associate the label size by store rather than by the entire account

    Allow customer order comments to show on the pick list. This will allow us to know exactly what the customer wants when we are pulling their order

  17. Fulfillment Speed in Hours and Minutes

    Is it possible to change the units of the fulfillment speed visual in reporting to show minutes and hours (rather than days)?

  18. Upcharge or Additional Fee

    When integrating ShipStation to an ERP system, you might want to charge your customer an extra handling fee above and beyond what the carrier is charging. Example a 5% upcharge or a $5 fee per shipment.

  19. option for shipping label only

    Please add a new button under label options to just allow the shipping label to be printed by itself. I currently have packing slips and labels to print together by default, so when I print the shipping label, it prints both the label and packing slip.

    There a few instances where I already have the packing slip, so having another button to force the software to print the shipping label only despite default setting, would be helpful.

  20. Select different services available for each FedEx Account

    Is there a way to select different services available for each FedEx Account? If not, this will prevent us from using the returns service that we want. FedEx requires a seperate account for SmartPost returns, so it will always be a different account then the outbound service.
