  1. Ability to flag shipments in Shipments

    Due to lack of Signature Required ability due to Covid-19, our temperature sensitive orders are shipped with "Card for Pick-up". What we have discovered is that a significant portion of these shipments are reporting that they never received a card for pick-up. We have adopted the practice of going through the shipments, tracking them, and contacting customers whose status has updated to "notice left", "shipment ready for pick-up", to notify them that there should have been a card delivered and that their package is now ready for pick-up.   3. Sort order items by location on packing slip

    I know that you can add item location to the packing slips. However, I think everyone could benefit by having the option to sort their order items on their packing slips by item location alpha-numerically. This will speed up the picking process.

    If this is already possible, can someone explain how to do this? I found a way online when coding the custom packing slip to bump items with a quantity >1 to the top, but can't seem to find a way to sort by pick location.

  4. product photo on main orders page

    Product photo on the orders page where all orders are listed waiting shipment as an additional column will be very helpful for our business. We have huge inventory with several channels and looking at the photo while pulling and sorting the orders and preparing them for shipment will be very helpful as every order is different. Also very helpful when multiple items per order are displayed as in our case they are all different.

    We should be able to bulk uncheck the "do not track inventory" box in the product inventory. WHY WOULD THAT EVEN BE THE DEFAULT???

  7. Summarized notification on orders instead of a notification per order.

    I think most people want to know they have orders and if possible how many orders they will have to prepare for shipment. The notification should be a summary of the number of orders and have the option to be scheduled by the company as seen fit.

    Since the database has the fields already, the company could be given the control of building the information they need from the summarized order notification as they see it fit, when to receive the notification (for example, receive notifications at 7:00 am and 5:00 pm or just one at 2:00 pm that could…

  8. Add a way to remove "Do Not Import" tag from order

    It'd be great to have a way of removing the "do not import" tag from an order.
    Once an order is marked "do not import", by an automation rule, it is impossible to import that order - even if the rule has changed. The only way to get the order into ShipStation is to manually create it.

  10. Show a business address other than ship from on Packing Slips

    We want to use our business address on packing slips which is different from where we warehouse and ship our products. We want customers to link our business address to their order and not where the item is stored and shipped. Currently changing the address also changes the ship from location. Lots of sellers use business addresses that are different from their ship from location and this would be of benefit to them.

  11. Scan to Verify

    Have option to refresh scan screen after order marked as verified.

    We use the Scan to Verify and Scan to Print options in our fulfillment process. However, we have three different stations set up for this. At the beginning of the line, an employee scans the packing slip and then proceeds to scan the items to verify the order. It then gets boxed and packaged by the following employee. The third employee scans the packing slip again for the scan to print option and creates the shipping label.

  12. Challenge: An easier way to update a customers address when doing manual label entries.

    When processing labels manually, SS has no way to allow it's client the option of updating customers records to input a new address. ONLY if you are in the process of creating a label can you enter a new address. So if a customer advises his new address but does not have a pending order that requires a label, I guess we are suppose to keep a list somewhere of all these customers with new addresses and then check our list each time we do a new label to see if that customer has a new address for us to…

  13. Fulfilling Shopify Order LINE ITEMS Separate From Multiple Locations - Ship Station To Relay ALL tracking back to Shopify

    Please integrate a feature that allows merchants that drop ship from multiple locations to separately ship line items from Shipstaiton, while communicating the information back to shopify.

    Scenario: Order 111111 in Shopify has three line items. Each being shipped from a different "warehouse" (Vendor that is set up and tagging products in shipstation). V2 and V3 allow the user to separate the items respective to their own inventory..The first label and associated tracking number from that order will transfer to shopify, and notify the customer.   14. per item charge rather then a monthly charges

    maybe for those LIGHT users have a per item charge for someone whom would hardly ever use this but once in a while

    In the last 48-72 hours there has been a change in the Shipment Manifest where we no longer are given the batch number associated with the Manifest. This was helpful in charting quality assurance for shipments.

  16. Display the residential rate when quoting FedEx International Ground shipments

    I would like the default rate request for international ground shipments to Canada to display the residential rate by default. Currently the API call for a rate quote does not include the whole address in the order view, nor does the residential drop-down in the rate calculator. This results in the quote given being less than the actual rate charged when the label is created. Defaulting the rate quote to include the residential surcharge would result in a more accurate quote.

  18. Set Up 3rd Party Billing Default for Repeat Customers

    We create manual shipments to certain repeat customers and must use their 3rd party billing account information. (Click New Order > Search on Customer Name > then manually enter the 3rd party billing information and number.) We would like a way to set this third party billing up as a default for them and have their account number populate.

    We have used UPS Ground Freight for 10 years an it saves $$ when sending more than 8 similar packages to the same destination, we do this through worldship, ShipStation says they can do this but, I can't.
