  1. Automation Rule Option for Assigning Custom Field 1, 2, 3

    Currently there is not an option to create an automation rule to pass imported data to the Custom Fields

    For a dropship business each client has specific needs as far and what data to send in the Custom Fields. Having an automation rule that would allow us to pass imported data (e.g. internal note, buyer note, order#, etc to the Custom Fields) would make this possible. Not to mention alleviate the hours of copy & pasting we have to do for thousands of orders....

    Isn't that the idea behind shipstation. get ship done faster.

  2. multiple quantities on ipad

    We are struggling to ensure customers are getting multiple items when they order 2 or more of something as the quantity isn't highlighted like it is on PC. Can you please update the ipad mobile app so that when an item has multiple quantity it is highlighted in red like it is on the computer??? I will be extremely grateful if you can do this soon!

  3. API - Product Update - Bulk Method

    Hi Guys,

    Would be cool if we will have a bulk method to update products via the API.
    We have around 500,000 SKUs to update, but are forced to send a single Product object every call.

    Not only that is a really slow process, we also overload the limits which effect order updates and tracking imports.

    The bulk method for Orders works like a charm, would love to see Products taking an array as well.

  4. Can't use ShipStation because of one tiny option not available with Canada Post....frustrating

    To the ShipStation folks - I can't get anyone to hear this so hopefully you will look here.....I'd love to use your program but I need it to give an option of "Card for Pickup" with Canada Post ......all the other options are available when making a label except for this one; it's like it just got missed? I use this option all the time - seems like such a teeny tiny thing that got missed and it's preventing me from being able to use the program. Can someone please get back to me about whether this will be added…

  5. add orders to end of day form

    I would like to be able to see what orders are included in each end of day form. Sometimes I print an end of day form then pack more and end up with more than one end of day. I'd like to be able to print a manifest like you can do on batches but it would go along with the end of day form so i get the right orders with the right end of day form.

  6. Sort Shipping Label Printing by Last Name

    Make it possible to have shipping labels print in order of LAST NAME alphabetical A-Z? The only option available orders them by the first letter of the first name which is less ideal when organizing orders as first names tend to repeat more.

    Would love to have A-Z last name followed by any blank last name/single named customers.

    HI! I think wholesale businesses would really benefit from intergrations with wholesale platforms. I personally use Brandboom and would like to see an intergration. Other platforms are NuOrder and Joor.

    Would be nice to set up an automation rule based on a text string found in the item's description field.

    Currently that filed is not in the available criteria dropdown.

  9. Paypal integration

    Currently SS does not work to notify PayPal of tracking info and ship status. I am told by SS that they are not integrated with the correct PayPal API to allow this to happen. This is a big disadvantage for PayPal users, causing us an extra step by having to manually update each individual order in PayPal with tracking information. The current integration between PayPal and SS is not complete. SS, please do what is needed to integrate fully with PayPal.

  10. Exporting a returned list that includes email address

    I would love to be able to export a list that has an email address of a customer and whether or not that a return package has been received so I am able to reach out to customers who have returned their packages and credit the account of those that have returned them.

  11. woocommerce customer notes

    Customer facing notes are written back to woocommerce when a label is created.

    They are misleading to customers. We have shipstation send an email "When the package hits the mailstream". I would rather have this note sent over from shipstation at the same time or be able to control this as a customer facing note/internal note. An order isn't really completed until it's shipped and printing a shipping label doesn't mean it's shipped.

  12. Purchase Postage In Return Portal

    Hi,

    I am a longtime user of the platform and it has saved me a ton of time shipping as my business grows! One thing that I have noticed with the new return portal is that I can not purchase postage for USPS.

    When I print a normal label I can buy postage right there in the shipping portal.

    However when I go to create a return label, it will not let me purchase postage in the return portal. I have to open a new tab, then go to settings, shipping carriers, select stamps.com, then manually purchase postage before I…

  13. Remember multi product packaging

    SS should remind you how you previously packaged a multi-product order. Whether it's a multiple of the same product or combination of products. What box or set of boxes did we use to complete this exact order of products before? Presets are nice to use for popular combinations but on an every day basis it's not intended for those rare orders. I'll bet many users would love to be reminded how they previously packaged the same multi-item order. WHAT A GREAT IDEA!

    It would be great to be able to search by RMA. The numbers are there, so it seems odd that there's no way to use them as a search criteria.

    If there was a way to link one shipstation account to another partner companies shipstation account to automatedly send orders to their system and the report back ship status, I would be in HEAVEN!

    We have all kinds of partners we use for outsourcing orders. And we also have partners we do fulfillment for. It would save 100s if not 1000s of manhours, if the system could do this.

    Just like with an e-commerce to shipstation link. It would be a shipstation to shipstation link!

  17. Automatically retry failed market place updates

    sometimes, marketplace notifications (and subsequent tracking emails to customers) fail (red cart icon) due to server unavailability for whatever reason.

    Can we get an option to try those every few hours for a set number of days like every 4 or 6 hours for 2 days?

    Our marketplace gets out of whack when there is a temporary glitch on a day we are shipping and we don't notice until several days after the customer received the package and the only way to update the marketplace is to retry the failed steps which then gives a shipping email long after the…

  20. bigcommerce tax mapping

    It appears that even though ShipStation has a field for Tax Paid, when it brings in an order from BigCommerce it combines the tax paid with the product total amount so tax paid in Shipstation always says zero. I now have a checkout that allows international customers to prepay their duties and taxes if they wish (Zonos), and if they do it will come through in the taxes field in BigCommerce.
