  1. customer address change

    the need to be able to change a single customer's address without having to use csv files, UPS and the the others carries can do it immediately this is a fundamental and basic operation, please fix this issue. we cannot keep in mind which customers moved and keep changing their address manually!

    Need to be able to enter the payment method into the payment method field on Manual stores in Shipstation. It would be ideal if we could also modify the payment method when opening up orders in Shipstation.

  5. Online confirmation choice

    UPS offers an Online confirmation which is free. You can select that option when creating a shipment. However, automation rules do not allow you to select that option. Can you please add it so the automation rule choices for a carrier match the choices within the shipment form?

  6. Rule in Shipping Calculator for multi packages when a weight limit is met

    We love ShipStation and that we are able to map to our UPS agreement. We often have orders over 50 lbs, at that time, we move to multiple boxes. (we are an apparel wholesaler) That brings the cost of the shipment down to the customer, and also is a more manageable box to handle. We use both Cin7 and Shopify and are very confident of the calculation when below 50 pounds. We desire a rule to put in the calculator, when the order is =/> 50 lbs, we split the shipment and create a second box. (the same would apply…

  8. Time Spent per Shipment - Tracking Shipping Metrics

    We would love the ability to report on how long it takes users to complete a shipment. Average time per shipment, total time shipping, etc.

    We are struggling to measure/compare effeciencies of our shippers without these metrics.

  10. change default location by user

    We would like to have the default shipping location assigned by who is logged in. We have a user for each of our locations and we have to change the ship to address with every order for the other locations that aren't the main shipping location. This should be a very easy fix.

    PRINTING lables with no postage i send many lettermail with a stamp and have to manually prepare the lables each time .

  12. Carriers & Fulfillment Settings/Accounts syncing

    We have two FedEx accounts and two UPS accounts. When I check services in one FedEx account, the other FedEx account services sync to it (same when I check settings in one of the UPS accounts). This is so frustrating. If the service settings in each account were isolated and unique to a particular account, our shippers could choose a shipping method and not have to fill in the correct account - it could be automatically filled in.     Currently the CUSTOMER OVERVIEW tab in 'Insights' shows total revenue (per customer) based on the items full retail value (as saved in Shopify) and doesn't factor any discounts. The order total is therefore innacurate and the dashboard somewhat ineffective unless all products are never discounted, which is highly unlikley. This cannot be modified on a user-by-user basis and it affects the sales revenue totals posted.

  15. Adding a Page where customers can track their orders

    it would be great if you guys had a page that i can link to my website so customers can put in the tracking number and track their orders vs only being able to do this via the link in the email that's sent to them when their order ships out.

  16. CPF Codes and additional countries

    The functionality of adding CPF codes needs to be expanded and implemented better. I have read the workaround listed here for Brazil: https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038650071-Shipping-to-Brazil.

    However, Shopify has made its users aware that what Brazil is requiring is also required in Italy, South Korea and China (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shipping/understanding-shipping/understanding-shipping-labels)

    The implementation of Customs codes for receivers needs to be boosted much higher on the list, especially with new trade agreements that are currently in fluxx.

  17. rate shop multiple scenarios

    I'd like to rate shop in bulk - load several shipments to various cities with weight and get a table of rates. Very helpful to show customers what their proposed shipping ideas will cost.

    Hello, We are looking for a way to create another "folder" for our items that are on backorder. As of now they are sitting in our holds "folder" and it is getting to be very confusing in that "folder". We need a way to organize the holds area. Thank you.
