  1. Please add a line for Title

    There needs to be an optional line for title. Right now it either goes after the address - not correct, or has to be in the name list, which means it gets cut short.

    (Shopify & Shipstation) Allow Mapping of (Shopify) Order Tags to (Shipstation) Custom Fields - Seasoned Shopify Admins know the importance of tags in Shopify's internal systems, so Order Tags would be quite useful. I would image that is how Customer Tags came to be a field that can be mapped to Shipstation custom fields.

    Would be GREAT if we can add more fields from Shopify into the Order Summary such as Vendor, Product Type, and Location so picking is efficient

  5. FEDEX- Separate third party billing for duty and taxes than shipper or receiver account.

    For FedEx international to give shipper the option to bill customs and duty for international shipments to a separate account #, that isn't the receivers/shipper's account. At the same time billing the shipping charges to either receiver/shipper account. Hope that makes sense.

  6. Use Zapier to cancel an order as long it's not shipped yet

    Hello,

    I'm using the Zapier ShipStation integration. When an order is made on sendowl (our payment gateway) a new order is created in shipstation.

    That works great!

    Sometimes we have to cancel an order in sendowl that we would like to cancel in shipstation as well as long it's not shipped yet.

    Can you add the action "Cancels an order" in the Zapier ShipStation integration?

    That would help a lot.

    Please add a way to be able to Custom SORT shipping presets. I want to be able to sort it the way I want, for example, maybe put an arrow so we can drag them to the order I want.

  10. Scan to print functionality for couriers without rates

    Scan to print functionality

    Is there an plan to allow scan to print to work on couriers that don't return a rate into Shipstation ?

    We hold accounts with our couriers and are not really concerned about the rate that Shipstation returns, as we have negotiated rates directly with the couriers based on our volumes.

    Currently in the UK both Royal mail and DPD - are not supplying rate information.

    The scan to print option would improve our efficiency enormously

  11. API additions

    The ability to create/edit batches via API and also the ability to split orders via API would be pretty useful. Not having these features currently causes significant delays in our business operations, and we'd love for ShipStation to be the solution to that.

  12. Ability to add a document to a batch

    It'd be nice to have an option to produce a document for a batch, even if it's a custom packing slip or pick list.

    For context, here's our use case:
    If I have a shipment that is comprised of 1024 cakes and 2048 cookies, I'd like to be able to create a divider document to separate the batches of labels into "cakes" and "cookies".

  13. Print to shipstation connect from the ShipStation API

    A better feature (that could accommodate more users and would cost less to build than building an adapter for IOT, linux, etc systems) would be allowing print directly to "ShipStation Connect" connected printer via the shipstation api. Something like https://ssapi.shipstation.com/shipments/pritnlable, with a body that includes the ID of the printer that the current ShipStation web API is using to print and the base64 from createlabel api.

    Most users can deploy a windows VM to have that feature and then any REST available IOT app can use the API to print. You already have the endpoint (you need to use…

  15. Allow On-Hold orders to be allocated

    Right now, I have to allocate orders before placing them on hold. If an order couldn't be allocated due to missing stock and is on hold when the stock arrives, we have to delete the hold date, allocate and add the hold date again.

    Allocating is an important feature for on-hold orders as this ensures we don't oversell.

    Being limited to 5 batch labels seems a little arbitrary and just few enough to make it not useful for more complex sorting...

  17. FedEx Home Vs FedEx Ground

    Often the shipper does not know if the package is going to a business or a persons home. This effects the rate for FedEX. In stamps.com software you just always said the cheaper FedEx ground. And if it happened to be a home address the software would alert you and say this is a home address please switch to FedEx home delivery. This is a super handy feature and I'd like to see it in Ship station.

  20. Change Return Portal to X Days After Delivery instead of X Days after Shipping

    Instead of having the item have a return window of X days based on the ship date, allow us to create a return window of X days from the delivery date. We are in NY, so items shipped in NY will arrive in 1 day and customers will have 29 days to return with a 30 day return window. And customers in California might get the package after 12 days, so only have 18 days to return. By changing this setting we will have qucker turnaround to receive NY packages back from customers.
