  1. Multiple Printing Setup

    Sometimes we process batches by **** a pick list, and then run 4x6 shipping labels and packing slips at the same time (so they come out together - we have all our inventory laid out from the pick list, and then work through the combined Packing Slip and Shipping Label...
    HOWEVER, there are times we want to run Packing Slips for a batch, pick those to a separate tote for EACH order (all the items look the same visually - hard to sort them from a pick-list pile).

  2. Zoho Inventory Integration

    We've been on shipstation for many years now. We're moving into the wholesale business, and need to use Zoho for our CRM to best prospect and manage accounts. We need transaction data back to Zoho so we can see how accounts are trending, etc. Anyway - we're using Magento as our front-end, but Zoho Inventory for our ERP (and it talks to Zoho Books, and back to CRM and to Support - yada....)   4. Pick list to get product location from inventory location, not the "Warehouse Location" field

    Just as the title suggests, it would be great to be able to have the pick list get the products location based on the location in inventory, not by the warehouse location field. That field has to be manually updated. A products inventory location is constantly changing, or same products in split locations, manually updating that field just to generate a pick list is very cumbersome.

    It would also be great if it gets the location that has the least amount of inventory first.

  5. Add "Ship By Date" field to the custom data export for Orders and Order Line Items

    Can you please add the "Ship By Date" field to the custom data export for Orders? The "Ship By Date" field already exists in each order, so hopefully this can be implemented quickly.

  6. Total Paid

    After going back and forth with support over several days, I find out that shipstation is mapping the "Total Order" amount to the "Total Paid" field, regardless of payment status. We import our Shipstation orders to Quickbooks and my 'awaiting_payment' status orders are importing as paid. I'm going to make the safe assumption that all marketplace api's export the actual 'amount paid'! This is the field that should be mapped to 'total paid' in order details!!!!

    Option to apply custom formatting to order summary. For example, having a box around products that have quantities over 1 or changing the color/weight (bold) of certain text.

If you think of more feedback please leave it here, being specific in how this would affect your workflow and how you’re currently doing it will help our product team to implement new features.

    In the meantime, Custom Packing Slips would allow this to be accomplished.

  8. Tracking number live notifications; Collaborate with online marketplace delivery windows

    If there was some interface where we could see what shipped orders need our attention, this would help with a number of things. It looks like the back end coding for this already exists since we could see an icon next to the tracking number assigned to the given order (question mark, exclamation point, airplane icon, check mark.)

    It would be nice if ShipStation sifted out and separated these shipments that need our attention on a separate tab based on the tracking numbers updates. Let me explain some situations:

  9. Reference fields in UPS return labels

    I notice that there are no "Document Option" for the return shipping labels

    I need to add messages to the reference fields on the UPS return label, like the options in the outbound UPS label.

    We do drop-ship and require to add Order#, Product Description on the return label.

    Please kindly review my request and add the option for UPS return labels.

  10. Missing Address Line 3

    The address line 3 field has been removed. Why? Many times a marketplace sends over a long address from an international customer on the address line 1 and 2 fields. We many times have to edit this address and move part of it down to the address line 3 field or the company name field. Sometimes we have to use both lines.

  11. Automatic printing of Packing Slips for new orders

    Because this original request I made for this was closed when an unrelated feature was introduced, I'm creating a new one.

    I would very much like to be able to have the automation in ShipStation be able to print. This would allow me to have it automatically print all new orders that have downloaded, so that warehouse personnel know an order has come in when the printer starts spitting out packing slips.     So, just to help us better understand, would this idea work best for you if it automatically printed whenever an order came in? So, say, an order comes in on Sunday at 4:00 a.m., it should print then. Or would it be better if whenever you log in to ShipStation and have it active that you would prefer to have the packing slips printed out then?

  12. Print Page Numbers On Packing Slips

    Please add a [PageNumber] tag support to the PackingSlip template design screen editor.

    When printing a pack of 50 packing slips for 50 orders, it would be nice to have the ability to see the page numbers on the bottom of those printed packing slips. Each page would show up as 1/50 , 2/50, ... upto 50/50 . This is an important feature to have when printing many orders at once and also when dealing with multiple order batch printings.

  13. Import Amazon.ca FBA CA (Canada) orders. [like we can now with Amazon.com FBA (USA)]

    Hello, for Amazon.com there is an option for:

    "Import FBA Orders
    These orders will be visible in “Insights” and either “Pending Fulfillment” or “Shipped” based on their status. Note: FBA orders will count towards your plan volume."

  14. option for multiple outgoing email accounts

    Hi there

    I understand in shipstion you can send outgoing emails to customers with automation rules, for my company it would be very beneficial if I can choose which account the email is getting sent from. In this case it would be easy once customers hit reply, it will go to the designated department.

    For example:
    - I send customers emails notifying them if there item is on back order - this would be great if I can send the email directly from my shipping team

    Hey @ps2idhu, thanks for posting this! We’ll keep this one in mind when updating our email capabilities. For now, we’d like to see what other users have to say about this before moving forward.

    In the meantime, have you looked into using your email client’s functionality for this? From experience, Outlook and Gmail both have rules or filters that will allow you to take specific actions based on criteria.

  16. Ability to schedule Saturday USPS Pickup

    I regularly ship on Saturdays as many Priority Mail shipments picked up on Saturday are delivered Monday, which makes for happy customers.

    I currently have to go to USPS.com for Saturday pickups, because ShipStation's Pickup options are only for Mon-Fri. It would be a great time-saver if I could schedule Saturday pickups via the new pickup scheduler which is so much easier to use than USPS.com.

    *edit: USPS Saturday pick up does not come with a fee, but we would still like to hear your thoughts on the following questions: How often do you use Saturday pickup? Is it a regular pick up you need to schedule or occasional and as-needed?

    When you bring up an order on the Orders tab it has arrows on the sides to quickly navigate to the previous/next order. Why is this not available on the Shipments tab???

  18. DHL eCommerce - Canada Integration

    Would love to see DHL eCommerce comply with Shipstation for shipments from Canada. It currently complies with USA but not yet available for Canadian Shipstation customers. We are located in Toronto and are eager to start shipping with DHL eCommerce as they offer incredible resources, but without Shipstation integration it isn't feasible.
    Can we get this implemented?

  19. Email when order placed on hold

    I would like to have an email sent to the customer when placing an order on hold, and assign that action a template that includes the Hold Until variable so they know we are holding til the date they requested.

  20. Rules to prevent shipment confirm email to certain customers (e.g. eBay GSP)

    Certain customers shouldn't receive confirmation e-mails regarding their shipment, such as those that place orders through eBay's Global Shipping Program. eBay recommends that these customers do not receive communication from sellers regarding the shipping address and tracking number since it creates confusion when the customer sees a shipping address in Erlanger, KY.

    Allow for e-mail exclusion rules in the store setup. This will allow us to exclude certain groups of customers, such as eBay GSP, from the regular e-mails that are sent.

    My apologies on being unfamiliar with GSP orders @guntap! I’ve come up with a better solution if you haven’t figured it out already. The rules are similar though, instead of saying “don’t send an email to GSP orders” it will say “only send an email to non-GSP orders”.

    If you’ve followed the steps in this article to apply an order tag to your GSP orders (https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/206639637) then you can create a rule that says: “Order tags do not include (your GSP tag name), use email template for…” Be sure to add this rule after/below the rule that tags your GSP orders.

    You can also become more specific in case you have other stores that do not need to be affected: If store = ebay and if order tags do not include (your GSP tag)… use email template for …"
