  1. Allow to editing customer's phone when create return label for Amazon

    Amazon add a extension number so can't create return label, and no way to change the phone. always a issue to me.

  2. Allow different Return label paper size that's sent to customers. We're receiving full-page 8.5x11" Return Labels on our Packages!

    Currently the Return Label sizes sent to customers cannot be changed to what our Printer Label settings are. Since we print thermal on 4x6", it automatically sends them to the customers at 4x6". We would have to change the printer settings for our Labels everytime we started a return.
    Since it's sending it in the 4x6" format, when they print on 8.5x11" (because most customers don't have thermal printers), it's expanding it to full page.   3. Create a different icon in Returns for items 'awaiting pick-up' for USPS. Currently they still show as 'in Transit' with a Truck.

    In the Returns section of ShipStation under the Tracking # column, when a return is on its way it turns to a Truck and displays 'In Transit' if hovered over. When products are unable to be delivered to a PO Box (or for any other reason) and are being held by the Post Office for pick-up, it still has a Truck and displays 'In Transit', when it's really no longer in transit and requires an action.

  4. Multi Package Returns Compatibility

    The functionality (while limited) is there to have single line items comprised of many shipments, but the returns feature set doesn't exist.

  6. Allow customers to create Return Labels without prior shipments

    We sell repair services online where we have our customers ship their items to us (via Return Label) and then we ship the items back to them after being repaired. It's a two-way shipping in reverse. We need to give our customers the ability to ship to us with Return Label, but your system only allows them to create Return Labels for orders that have already Shipped. Give customers the ability to ship items to vendors. This is greatly needed for online repair services and nobody supports.   7. Printing shipping labels + return labels, to have their own option, not the same as a shipping label.

    right now, shipping labels + return labels are the same option for size. however, this is inconvenient since in office w use 4x6, and return labels sent to customers, are best in 8x11 2 labels per page.

    To send return labels, need to change the setting, send the return label, then go back and change the setting back to 4x6.

  8. Return Classifications

    Currently, returns can be marked: Outstanding, Received, and Voided. This is insufficient. There needs to be one more classification - "Refunded".
    What we as business owners need is a way to separate returnS into three categories:
    Outstanding - those just submitted
    Received - those that have arrived and been inspected.
    Refunded - those that have been manully refunded.

  9. Third Party account on Return Labels

    We need to be able to use our Third Party account when automatically creating return labels. Currently, our third party account can only be used on outbound labels, but we are a rental business and we provide our customers with return labels. We need the ability to use the third party account. Creating a new custom label is burdensome.

  10. Track returns/inventory that is undeliverable and does not require a return label

    When items are returned to sender because they are undeliverable or unable to forward, there needs to be a way to indicate that the item was returned to inventory so that it can be tracked for inventory purposes and refunds.

  11. Expiration date on returns labels

    I'd like to be able to set up expiration date on returns labels. If the label is not used within the active time, the label is automatically voided. By enabling this feature, you can assure that customer does not send back an order after the return period, using the provided label.

  12. Export Returns Data (and API)

    Need an "Export Returns" button (like existing Export Shipments), so that a data file (CSV,XLS,PDF) is generated with the Returns list.

    Used to forward the returns data to a material processing system (refunds, restock, etc.). Could be used to create "RMA's" using the same ShipStation RMA# (and Order#) as reference.

    **Also, Returns data should be available via API too. (Query by RMA# or Date Received Range)

  13. Scan and Verify with RMA Form

    Create a Scan & Verify like process for receiving in an RMA. This could result in printing a "Receiving Slip" template (an RMA Form, like a Packing List but for reverse logistics use.

    This would allow customer returns to be accepted at a dock, and a paper traveler could be attached to the material (for inspection, restocking, etc.).

    Currently the RMA only helps facilitate getting the product back to the dock, and does not provide support in routing material onto the "next" step.

    **Alternate path, is to have a Branded RMA form print with the Return Label for the customer…

  14. Allow for returns portal label on split orders

    Currently if a store has two orders with the same order number we can't generate a return label. We frequently have an order we split into two. It would be great if the returns label portal would just return both orders that match the order number and zip. It could show the items on both orders and allow the user select the items they want to return.

  16. Logic Rules for Return Eligibility

    Our return policy is: return for full refund within 14-days, but no bathing suits, bike shorts or products purchased at 30% off or more. The returns program should have logic rules to accept or deny these requests automatically.

  17. insurance amount should automatically populate for return labels based on order cost

    The insurance amount populates on the shipping label based on the order amount, so the return label should do the same for the item that is being returned, instead of us having to type in the insurance amount each time we process a return. It is time consuming.

  18. Return Label Tracking Number in email.

    Return Label Tracking Number in email.

    It would be great to be able to send customers the return label tracking number through email. We print out the return label and place it on the box for them to return. "Less steps on the customer" and currently do not have a way to let the customer know their return label tracking number.
