  1. Set carrier (UPS, FedEX, USPS, ETC) and service (Ground, Next day, ETC) level separately

    We ship using several Retailers shipping accounts. on thier orders it will say what service level to use.
    As things are now with the automation rules, you have to set the carrier and shipping level together.
    It would be helpful to have the option to set the carrier, and speed individualy

    Hi thanks for bringing this up! I see you’re looking to separate carrier and service speed.

    Something that might help give you visibility of the service speed is to map this field to ShipStation’s “shipping service” when importing orders via CSV. This will show at the top of your shipping info section in order details.

  3. Allow Shipstation to pull from custom fulfillment services on Shopify.

    We currently fulfill for an automotive company that sells thousands of car parts, but we just fulfill their clothing and accessories. About 300 skus. We want to be able to set the fulfillment services in Shopify to our company and then Shipstation can pull from just those items. Currently Shipstation can only pull from anything set to "Manual".

  4. Zapier Trigger Missing "Service Name"

    It would be most helpful if your Zapier App would also send the actual "Service Name" of how the order was shipped. I can see where you are providing the "Service Code and Carrier Code" however we really need the Name as well.

    We use ecomdash and have the connection set up. It would be nice to be able to feed all stores data into Ecomdash. This way we keep both systems up to date and all shipping information flows to ecomdash.

  6. Have "Notify Market Place" checkbox defaulted.

    We have to check the box for "Notify Market Place" for every single shipment. If a user forgets, the marketplace doesn't get updated and we have orders sitiing in our website listed as processing.

    Seeing as to how having that box unchecked would be the rarity, and having it checked would be the majority, I feel this should be default checked with the option to uncheck if necessary.

    In case you weren’t aware, you can click the header for “Notify Marketplace” when marking orders as shipped and this will check the box for ALL orders you are marking as shipped.

  7. Support Square POS transactions

    We have a ShipStation account and use Shopify for eCommerce and we also have a retail location using Square POS. We often get customers that want to buy in store and have product shipped. Is there a way to integrate Square POS with ShipStation? All I've seen is that ShipStation only integrates with Square web sales and we don't use their web platform.

  9. Implement more of Jet.com API: Bullets, Additional Images

    If using SS only, the only way to edit product listings on Jet is through the SS Product interface, which lacks product bullets and additional images, key to a good looking listing on Jet.com

  10. Please make it possible to change from 3rd party to default from settings

    For some reason my billing on the labels was changed for a 3rd party billing which was making me that its unable to change my billing preferences back to default with out having to go into every single order and changing it there which can be very annoying when you need to process 200 orders. I Shipstation can put the billing prefrences in the settings it would go a long way.

    Hi @emanuel, thanks for bringing this up! If I follow you correctly, you can change the billing party for multiple orders at once by using Bulk Actions. You’ll find this under the Other Actions menu.

  11. Quickbooks Online integration

    When importing orders into Quickbooks Online it sets the Sales Receipt date to the day I import them. Why not set the date to the shipping date? Please fix this. It makes no sense to use the import date and at least the shipping date would be more accurate as to when the order occured. Imagine importing 300 orders from August and then having to go back and fix the date on each one because you imported them in October.

    Truegether is like Bonanza in that it syncs with eBay and Amazon and pushes products to google. I sell a few items a week from here. I know its not a lot but get tired of copy and paste to do shipping

  14. API - Make Custom Package types available via API

    Allow custom package types, setup in SHIPPING > PACKAGES > Your Packaging, to be passed via the API. We import shipment data via API to Tableau reporting server. Having NULL values under package type makes it tough to report on volume for specific package types.

  15. Add the Hold At FedEx Location service to Shipstation

    Would like to see the "Hold at FedEx Location" added to the shipping options in ShipStation for FedEx.

    We offer this as an option to our customers so they do not have to worry about items being stolen or "misplaced" while they are away from home.
    It also allows us to ship Via Ground which saves us money on shipping cost.

  17. Ebay Delivery Guarantee

    Ebay has introduced a new "Delivery Guarantee" that offers us the ability to guarantee delivery time OR handling time for packages.

    If we choose the Guaranteed Handling Time option, Ebay will guarantee the delivery, and if it's late, they'll refund the customer the shipping. The only catch is they are (so far) going to require we use Ebay labels to print postage for packages, which is time consuming versus using ShipStation.   18. Adding more heavy freight / fragile freight carrier integrations in Australia

    Hey All,

    Love what you do, but the more I investigate ShipStation, the more I realise it is not geared towards our business. We are an online furniture retailer, and we work with fragile freight carriers such as TOLL group, COPE and TLC Always Moving.

    I'd love to see integrations with some of these carriers to open up a whole new revenue stream for you, and a whole lot less stress for us, your customers.

  19. Fix Issue on Delayed Marketplace Notifications not being Sent in Batches from ShipStation Causing Amazon Throttling

    Currently, if you have your Amazon marketplace notifications to be sent at the time a label batch is printed they all go through without throttling errors. However, if you have them set to be sent on a delay, or at a specific time in the future, this is causing the marketplace notifications to fail on Amazon due to too many API calls and Amazon is throttling us.
