  1. Solid Commerce Integration

    Solid Commerce is an inventory management tool similar to Channel Adviser. It helps to list your inventory to the various marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Rakuten, Newegg, Sears, and your personal website in one shot. It also stores all of your inventory in one central location so you can have you full quantity on every site instead of dividing inventory up between multiple marketplaces which can result in lost sales.     Some of our pending retail relationships use VendorNet and we would like to keep all shipping within ShipStation, so an integration with VendorNet would be great.

    Living Social works the same way OpenSky does. Why are you integrated with one and not the other? Seems like a simple integration to do.

  4. Puerto Rico Rate to State error

    I receive multiple orders from Puerto Rico everyday

    Each time I have to manually change the state to PR from Puerto Rico or i get a rate to state error

    Shipstation should be able to change it to PR automatically

    Hey, everyone! We’re not seeing a lot of activity on this idea, so we’re going to close this idea to give you your votes back. We will, however, keep this in mind for future updates.

    If you aren’t already, you can use automation rules to apply an order tag to all of your orders going to Puerto Rico so you can at least increase the visibility of these orders to better prepare yourselves in case any address errors appear.

  5. Integration with SalesForce

    As I am sure that many of us use SalesForce for our CRM, it would be great if ShipStation would take all of our customer transaction data and put it into our SalesForce ORG and enable us to ship directly through SalesForce. Sending return labels through SalesForce would also be awesome!

    I use Shipped By NewEgg for quote some packages and it would be nice, if I could use it with the same streamlined easiness as Amazon FBA.

  7. Pay-on-use return label emailing

    We create pay-on-use return labels for every shipment we send out. We want to give customers the option to print their labels at home/office. Please add the ability to check a shipment as requiring the label be emailed to customers (not every customer will want an emailed label, potentially).

We plan to add this functionality for USPS and other carriers soon. We’ll be sure to update this request once this feature has been implemented.   8. Import Warehouse Location from Volusion

    We would like a way to include "Warehouse Location" in the product attributes that are retrieved from Volusion. We have a custom product attribute in Volusion database for "WarehouseLocation" and it would be great if the that information could be imported to ShipStation

For us it means having to create a manual label via FedEx which on it's own wouldn't be terrible if orders only contained fuel, but when orders contain multiple items and only one shipment box is fuel, it gets cumbersome.     Hi, everyone! Here’s an update:

    We recently added the ability for you to mark your FirstMile DHL Global Mail shipments as “Dangerous Goods” under “Other Shipping Options” where you’ll be able to select “ORM-D” or other types of goods.

    If you’d like for us to add it for any other carriers, please let us hear you in the comments section of this forum! Another piece of information that will help is how often you’re shipping these goods.

    Customs 2014: Combine all requests for fixes (actually government requirements) to Customs forms (both Commercial Invoices and the 3 possible Certificate of Origins) so that they are completely system generated within ShipStation.

    currently there are about a dozen different requests to all focused on the incomplete customs forms generated out of SS. if you cant API to our existing complete and customs compliant forms from FedEx or UPS, please allow us a template to merge out SS shipping info onto.

We do not actually generate any of the Commercial Invoices or Customs Forms. We send the shipment information to the carrier, then they generate the form in realtime and send it back to ShipStation so you can easily manage/print it. You can get added to the beta by contacting our support team and requesting access. You’ll need to follow these instructions and provide them with the correct information though:

    Go to http://developer.amazonservices.jp, click Sign up for MWS, and log in with your Amazon Seller credentials.
    Select the “I want to give a developer access…” option, and enter:
    Developer Name: ShipStation
    Developer Account No: 6817-6310-0763
    Follow the prompts, then copy the Seller ID and MWS Auth Token into your email to support.

    They should be able to enable this store on your account for you.

    Please note! Most US carriers do not support foreign characters on the labels. This means you’ll need to translate the recipient information before a label can be created.

    check out lightspeedretail.com, it is a complete POS for retail brick and mortar and webstore, does the inventory, enables you to check inventory from anywhere you can get a wifi connection! Works off a laptop, iPad and iPhone, good for trade shows, etc etc, a shipping interface would be PERFECT!

  14. HazMat service with my already in place contract from UPS

    I ship smokeless powder which qualifies as Hazmat, a feature I need. Please, as we are Mac based, UPS seems to have no plans for an Apple version of World Ship and Hazmat has to be computer generated.

    @James, thanks for checking in on this one. We’re still interested in this idea and we don’t have a timeline on it. This is something that will need further investigation from our end as well as working with UPS to be able to further integrate Hazardous Material support.

  15. Kickstarter integration!

    It would be a dream to be able to fulfill Kickstarter orders more smoothly, perhaps by plugging Kickstarter directly into ShipStation as a store? Currently we export a CSV file from Kickstarter, sort and tidy up the file (such as add the Item Name and SKU, or make backer change requests), and import the orders to a ShipStation Manual Store that we create for each campaign. Another small pain in the process is the disappearance of special international characters when saving the corrected CSV file in Excel (we're looking into Libre Office to avoid this issue).

  16. CommerceHub Integration

    You really need to integrate with CommerceHUB. WE just signed up with HomeDepot.com online portal and the require the use of CommerceHUB to fulfill orders through their system. This is a large company that services huge online companies like bestbuy, walmart, toysrus and more. Please get an integration set up asap and take over the shipping integration world!

  18. SED citation on Label and customizable commercial invoice

    We have been employing shipstation as our primary shipping software domestically. We would also like to incorporate shipstation as our primary shipping software for "BULK INTERNATIONAL" Shipments.

    Currently shipstaton does not offer the ability to add the SED/EEI filed to the label that is generated. To ship internationally the label must have an AES Citation. Shipstation does not cover EEI,

    Most shipping software such as shiprush and shipwire already incoporate these features and they should be easy to implement.

As of now, we send all shipping parameters to a carrier, they generate the labels/manifests/customs declarations/etc in real time, send it back to us, then we allow you to easily print them in our software.

  20. Merge US carriers and Canadian carriers in one account

    We would like to add the Canadian carriers under our US account in ShipStation.

    We have warehouses in USA and Canada, and sometimes it's cheaper to ship the Canadian orders from USA.

    By having all the carriers into 1 account, we can easily compare the shipping cost and choose the right warehouse and right carrier. Now we have to create separate account and navigate between the accounts to do that and also pay 2 subscriptions.
