I was really happy to see support for Alias SKUs in the product update today! We have a very large number of these (enough that manually inputting them is nearly impossible) and would love to be able to have them included as a field in the product import. Is this planned?89 votes
I don't know if anybody else has this issue, but we have duplicates in our product list, which was incurred by wrongly associated them with one parent SKU while new orders coming in. So, would like to be able to delete products, not just deactivate them.27 votes
Deactivated Products can be deleted now in the Products tab.
New products imported with deleted SKUs will create new product records with no history of the previous product.
There needs to be a way to sync "Products" with "Inventory". All of our item locations are in Inventory but not Products and there's no way to sync them. This means our packing slips don't show locations. We have many hundreds of items and now no way of displaying where they are stored. Can this be added?? This is enough to make us look for another shipping program!8 votes
In ShipStation’s new layout (formerly called ShipStation V3) you can now print your inventory locations on packing slips using the [Product Location] field replacements.
Review the “Add Inventory Locations to Packing Slips” section of our Internal Inventory Settings article for details: https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036064071#UUID-80859c43-fd37-e08a-de86-5a164dde7950
The current low inventory report does not show items that have 0 stock. It only shows if it have >=1. This makes the report useless as a check on what you need to reorder as its just as important, if not more so, to see the products we have no stock of.6 votes
The Inventory Low Stock Report now shows items with 0 On Hand units. Thank you for your patience. We have more improvements to the inventory solution coming soon!
