The ShipStation integration with TopHatter was completed in 2018
I do not like the new V3 that does not allow me view my shipments from selecting only the last month. This is how I would bill my customers. Now i only have either the last 30 days is the closest. However, for example today i can not bill for only the month of November. Please fix this issue so I can bill my cusomers monthly as usual.4 votes
You can now use the Ship Date > Custom Range option to filter shipments by a specific date range!
It'll be great to record and view a log of when and who completed a verified scan and the ability to export the report if an audit is required to show proof the correct product and qty was sent.3 votes
We just updated the Scan to Verify feature so the date, time, and user who performed a scan action on an order gets logged in the Shipment Activity (view in the Order Details screen).
ShipStation currently has the option to get an alert when the inventory goes below specified number. But that number is for all products. I need a specific number for each product as some products sell faster than others.1 vote
Hi, thanks for sharing this! You can edit your SKUs to have sku-specific reorder thresholds as seen at the bottom of this article here: https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/216256008
Please chat in or submit a request at help.shipstation.com if you have any other comments or questions on this.
Add the 'Shipping Account' column to be able to export from the Export-Shipped Orders menu1 vote
The Shipping Account column is available in the Shipped Orders grid in ShipStation’s new layout (formerly called ShipStation V3).
If you choose the Other Actions > Export Orders option, choose the option to export my current view and ShipStation will include that column data in the export.
Bring back Export Order Line Item in v3. It is in the classic version...1 vote
This option is now available in ShipStation V3!
Go to Other Actions > Export Orders. Then, select the option to export line items. You can create the custom export formats just like you did in ShipStation Legacy (if you had any saved export formats, you should see them there as well).
