  1. Can we get order numbers on the Returned Products Report?

    The Returned Products Report has the information we need except for the order number. Can we get that added to this report for cross referencing?

  2. is there any report in reporting, where we can download and see the delivery status of a shipment ?

    it would be great to have a report with delivery status of shipment. This way we can generate a weekly report and check to see if there are are some labels made but there is no status ( may be warehouse never shipped ) or shipments undelivered or lost shipment

  3. Improve Large Data Exports

    When I am attempting to export large data exports (100000 orders+), Shipstation has an issue completing these tasks. I'm not sure if this is a server issue, or if their system simply cannot handle the volume of data I am requesting. I am asking for an improvement in this system, that will be able to handle these large data exports.

  4. Customer Data Export that actually includes all data

    The customer raw data report leaves out marketplace, and marketplace username (as can be viewed from the customer section in ShipStation). There is no other way to export data, so there's no possible way to get customer data from ShipStation that actually includes all the data shown in the Customer tab.

  5. REPORT to show Shipping cost per line item/SKU

    in order to calculate the total cost of a product. It would be nice to have a report in ship station that had the shipping cost at a line item/sku level

    It would be convenient to get a report, or filter for orders that have multiple shipments. Sometimes it's difficult to find how many re-shipments we're doing to correct mistakes.

  7. View/Expand my Sales By Store report or have a Sales By Store graph/diagram

    Hello, I wonder if there is an easy way to view my Sales By Store report or graph/diagram? In your old version you used to show the daily sales by store in a multi-colored graph, and it was a very useful feature. Now you have just a "Sales by Store" summary under Sale Trends view, but I'd love to be able to expand it, view sales by store by date, and also view more than 5 stores.

  8. we would like to be able to have reports of returns or rma from a specific store. return rate, returns unshipped, unused labels

    We have been trying to filter returns by store, but we understood that we are unable to see return analytics by store. like seeing how many returns were processed within a month or custom range.

    We would like to see an option to automatically void labels that have been issued and not used within 15-25 days.

    Shipping Cost report needs to be fixed for Single order Multi box Shipments.

    Currently when Shipping Multiple boxes for one order, the report multiplies what the customer paid, by the number of boxes that where shipped.
    For example, if customer paid $50 for shipping and the order was shipped in 5 different boxes, the " Shipping Cost Report" adds $50 five times, and reports that $250 was paid in shipping. So in this case "Shipping paid" is off by $200.

    The other thing the "Shipping Cost Report" does, is that it wrongly calculates the difference of what the customer paid…

    POSTAGE BALANCE
    As a Stamps.com customer for over 10yrs the postage balance is always displayed on the bottom of the home page. Can you do this also? the current (live) postage balance visible on home page or somewhere easy to see. Right now I can't see our postage balance unless I create a label.

    Tying RMA's to original order numbers is very important for our business. Currently there does not appear to be an easy way to report on this. I would very much like to be able to have a report.

    Add Customs Fields (Customs description, quantity, value, etc.) to Reports > Orders > Raw Data. Should be included on Orders > Other Actions > Export Orders & Export Order Line Items

    Simple tweak: On the Overview / Insights page, bottom right is Sales by Store. They only show in $ sold. Please add NUMBER of orders. Also, make this page much more useful by allowing us to customize it. Add / remove widgets as needed.

  18. Automatically notify when late delivery

    Would be great if there was a way that ShipStation could notify us whenever a package is late. This way we know when USPS or UPS aren't within their guaranteed time window (i.e. UPS One-Day or USPS Express, etc) so we can request a refund from that carrier.

    For non-US retailers. Only having a US/State based insight map is a tiny part of the story.
