How do we automate our confirmation setting to "online" for UPS shipments
We want our UPS confirmation setting to default to "online" instead of delivery. Doing this will avoid an extra $2 fee for UPS shipments and it would eliminate a manual step when we process orders. ShipStation Support hasn't been able to provide an automated method. Does anyone know of a way to do this so that we don't have to manually identify UPS orders and switch the confirmation method to online? The attached image is the place where the switch is made.
We'd like ShipStation to make a change to either allow this area to be included in an automation rule OR allow us to change the default confirmation setting.
