WooCommerce Refunded Orders Should Not Ship
Very happy with ShipStation for a couple years now, but discovered an issue the hard way this week...
If a customer orders in WooCommerce, then calls to cancel the order before it ships, we refund the order in WooCommerce.
If the order has already gone to fulfillment, it is possible the refunded order will be packed and then accidentally shipped in ShipStation.
This week we shipped a $1000 order the day after the refund was processed and there was no flagging in ShipStation. The Refunded Order appeared in ShipStation exactly the same way as an order with Processing status.
Customers ordering the wrong kit, cancelling, then re-ordering the correct kit happens frequently with our product line.
Ideally, ShipStation would handle Refunded Orders the same way that it handles Cancelled Orders.... preventing any accidental shipments after refunds are processed.
