Customs Declarations values should be taken from the current order, not shipstation products (or at least there should be an option)
When we have SALES in our woocommerce store, we are using dynamic pricing plugin for changing the prices of items. We also have different memberships for customers with different discounts for each.
When new order is made and imported to shipstation, the prices on items are correct, eg item full price is $10, sale price is $5, so in order details on shipstation it shows $5 per item.
Hovewer, if you scroll down, in Customs Declarations section the values used are being taken from Shipstation products, therefore it's a full price ($10 per item) even though customer paid $5.
Because of that, we have a TONS of complaints from the customers that they had to pay higher tax because of the higher declared price.
We also cannot change that manually for every single order, as we have thousands orders each day,
Automaton is the whole reason behind shipstation and that issue is a big flaw that is very easy to fix (from developer perspective).
Add an option in shipstation settings, simple checkbox, called "use order values for customs declarations" and that will solve the problem immediately.
Please ping me back when this is implemented.
Thank you.
