There is not sufficient inventory to fulfill this shipment
Warning message "There is not sufficient inventory to fulfill this shipment" doesn't allow label to be printed. If user elects to not have ShipStation track inventory, why can't the label be printed? This is a huge inconvenience. I'm unable to get a timely response from your support team (have to wait 3 days) and I have to use a backup shipment method. Not good.

If you have either set the Inventory Settings to not track inventory at all, or if you have marked the inventory option for specific products to not track inventory for that product, you should not be blocked from creating a label on orders that contain that product – no matter the inventory levels set in ShipStation. Additionally, there should be an “Admin Override” option in the pop-up that alerts you there is not sufficient inventory. This will allow you to continue through to label creation while also letting you know no inventory will be deducted from the product’s stock.
If this is not occurring as expected, you may need to first reload the Orders grid once you have made the change to your settings. Additionally, if you mark the “Do not track” at the product level (in the Inventory tab of the Product Record) make sure that you also select the “Apply to open orders” option before saving the change.
If you still experience this issue, please contact ShipStation support for additional assistance.
