Print on an envelope
Hi Guys,It seems like it should be obvious, but - why can't ShipStation print on an envelope? You actually give me envelope-formatted postage with address and return address, but... you force me to print it as 4 x 6 which looks ridiculous. See attached picture. It seems like it would be a simple change to add a new print size, or even allow arbitrary print sizes. Seems like an unnecessary constraint to force all labels to be one of two size.Attached file shows how silly envelope postage looks printed from ShipStation.

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve set this to declined since this feature is not going to be considered for our product roadmap. Your votes will be returned to you so you can use them to support other ideas.

To a new user this does seem disappointing to not offer, and Endicia wants another $10 a month to do it. I was ready and hoping to return my Pitney Bowes meter.
A note to the developers if this feature is added: please make it optional (a tickbox) for a return address. Some people will be using plain envelopes but many of us have printed envelopes that already include logo and return address.

Yep, I don't even see how this is not already a standard feature. All you have to do is change the "label" size for a #10 or whatever envelope. Can't be that hard right ? :) Stamps.com does it! I actually maintain a separate stamps.com account just so I can print envelopes...and this is really annoying. For nearly double the monthly price for SS compared to S.C it seems like we should get this very basic feature.

Definitely need more options for how labels are printed. The platform has great workflow management, Ecommerce integration and other features, but you get all of your shipments ready to go and you're at the mercy of the print settings which gives you 2 options - 4x6 or 8.5x11.
You also get options to print other fields on the label - but no choice on where to put them, or where your company logo should go...
I was actually able to get the label to print ok on a #10 envelope by selecting shrink to fit in the print dialog - but it does look a little unprofessional.
4x6 is the standard for large boxes, but there are many other shippers doing much smaller package/letter sizes that would benefit from just tiny bit more flexibility here....
